HER ADDICTION[GXG]

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄

Slowly opening up my eyes and groaned as the sunlight hit my face. I rubbed my eyes before grabbing my phone off the nightstand to check the time and it was 7:30, perfect. school starts at 8:30.

Getting out of my bed I walk into the bathroom and brush my teeth then moisturize my skin. I go to my wardrobe, contemplating what I should wear. Looking through my closet  I finally picked an outfit.

It was an all-black shirt with a brown sweater over it and cargo pants with the white Air Force 1. Going downstairs I see my mom in the kitchen and my dad at the dinner table sipping his coffee

"Look who is up early, hey kiddo," my dad said surprised, my mom turned her and looked at me and smiled

"Hey Mom and Dad," I said giving them a small smile

"Laura, I didn't see you come down for dinner are you okay?" Mother asked

Yeah, I'm a fine mom it was just that I was exhausted from learning and stuff but can I ask you something?" I said then sitting down on the couch

Yes, what is it" my mom asked, and dad  looked at me waiting for an answer

"Uh...can I go to the football game with Tanya and my new friends today "They looked at each other before looking at me

"Who are these new friends? you know I can't just let you out Intill I meet them. " my mom said and my dad nodded in agreement

Mom, you know I won't do anything bad, I'm not a bad kid plus I'm still with Tanya " I said

"Your mother knows that kiddo but still she is worried about what will happen to you in the streets. She just wants to make sure that you are safe " My dad said assuring me

"But can I go? I never really ask to go out "I asked again nearly pleading

They both sighed before Mom answered "Yes you can go but you have to come right back after the game is finished "

"Thanks, Mom," I said then giving both of my parents a hug. Looking at the time it was 7:51 and was famish so I had breakfast with the family and we made small talk until we finished our plates.

I decided that it was time to go so I said goodbye to my parents making my way to school.

Heading to my locker I see Tanya leaning on it Waiting for me. Walking up to her she sees me "Hey girl"  she says.

"Hey Tanya," I said back.

"So why did your parents say?" she said.

"They said I could go but I have to come right back after," I said.
