First of all sorry I couldn't update before because I was hard time on this book lately.
But now I am back with some ideas

Haydes and Zane return to the room with the things Eva asked.
They saw Eva is lightly messaging Tristan's head and mummling sweet things in his ear.
They placed the things in the night stand.
Eva take the towel and wet it with cold water and than pressed the cloth tightly squeezeing all the water out of the towel.
She placed towel in Tristan's forehead and than said to Haydes and Zane.
"I called the doctor, he will be here in 20 mins"
Their eyes widen hearing her words.
Haydes growled
"What? Why did you called doctor? We don't want any doctor?"
Eva gets taken back by his behaviour
She glared at Haydes and said
"Shut up Haydes it's not what you want it's about what Tristan needs now"
Haydes about to say something when Zane cut him off and said
"Mum, please Tristan's health will get worse if the doctor touched him"
Eva got confuse by his words
"But why?"
Zane sighned sadly.
"Sorry mum, but can't answer now that question please....... try to understand the situation"
Eva did a internal battle and than finally sighned
"Alright"
She pick her phone and call the doctor.
Haydes and Zane sighned in relief.
Eva said after talking to the doctor
"Go to my room there is a first aid box in the third shelf. Bring it"
Zane nodded and left.
Suddenly Tristan whimpered
"Mom"
Eva's attention snapped back at him.
"Sh! Sh! My baby! It's okay everything is fine"
And peck his forehead softly.
Haydes eyes soften with a sting of tears in his eyes.
He rememberes before, everytime Tristan got I'll. He used to whimpered in pain.
And used to muttered saying "mum"
While Zane and he had to look at him helplessly.
But now he is happy that his brother have someone to depend on.
Zane came back with the first aid box and give it to Eva.
Eva opened the box and take out some meds of fever and antibiotics.
She hold the water glass and said to Tristan softly
"Open your mouth baby"
Tristan slowly open his mouth, Eva feed him the meds and water carefully.
She patted his hair softly and in no time Tristan drifted in a deep sleep.
Eva kiss his forehead lovingly and said
"I love you baby always"
