Having a good heart is painful.
It's against your nature to be angry or hurt someone.
You'll forgive those who hurt you over and over again.
All you can do is hope it doesn't destroy you.
The sad thing is, is that it will.
You won't trust as easy, and loving will be hard.
You'll keep your heart in a box, a box locked away that no one but you can get to.
You'll want to love, but you'll push anyone who gets close away.
It's devastating, honestly.
Such a waste of a good heart.
But, one day you'll have to take it out of that box.
Someone will come along who treats it right.
But until then, keep your heart in a box.
Your heart can only break so many times.
