It's terrifying, isn't it?
It's possible that everyone that we love could choose to just walk away.
We have no say in who we fall in love with.
We don't get to choose who we can't be without.
Even scarier, we don't get to choose how they treat us, or how important we are to them.
In the end, it's just you taking a chance.
We could care about them more than anyone else, and they could walk away so easily.
The loss could break you, and not even phase them.
Today, it happens so often.
People choose pleasures over love, and it's devastating.
But you need to take a chance.
You'll get your heart broken and maybe feel like you can't go on.
You'll feel alone sometimes and depression may set in.
But one of those chances, it'll be the best one you take.
All of that pain and heartbreak will just be a memory.
Take a chance, it might just be the right one.
