Dwight starts his ways of courting me. Ligawan lang naman eh pero di pa naman kami official.
Dwight wants to make our current relationship public so everyone can know, it also has the advantage of us, going out in public together without worrying about everyone or hiding.
But since we think differently, I told him that we have to wait a month of few months before we tell everyone
He complained about it at first but he supported my choice.
" Nak! Stella! Naku gising, bili! May pogi na nag hihintay sa labas para sayo "
I was disturbed in my sleep when I kept hearing Yaya Emy's excited na May ka kilig na boses sa labas ng kwarto ko.
I scrunched my face and sat up in my bed, I removed the blanket from me and walked to the door to open it.
To my surprise, Yaya Emy's face was filled with excitement
" Ano po yun? " I sleepily ask and let out a yawn.
" Manliligaw mo! Nandsn sa labas nag hihintay sayo " Yaya Emy replies, I froze in my spot and my cheeks went red. Totoo ba? O panaginip lang ang lahat ng to?
I didn't waste time rushing downstairs, running to the front door and opening it as I ran outside of the gate, and then stopped when I saw Dwight, standing behind his car, holding a large bouquet in his arm.
A smile spread across his face when he saw me, god ang pogi niya talaga pag ngumingiti siya.
" Did I disturb your beauty sleep, miss? " Dwight asks and begins walking towards me.
I watched him stand a few inches away from me, and he didn't cast his eyes off me.
" A-Ang aga pa, Dwight," I said.
I didn't know what to say, and I feel so shy na sobrang pogi ng pormahan niya ngayon at ako naman Naka pa pang bahay suot lang. Suddenly, Dwight burst into laughter
And part of me suddenly felt a soothing feeling when hearing his laugh.
" Have you seen the time already? It's 11:00 pm, Stella " He acknowledged, at napa pikit nalang ako dahil sa hiya.
" Anyways, it doesn't matter... A flower for you " Dwight softly says and extends the bouquet for me, I smiled at him while my cheeks were red
I accepted the flower and it was almost bigger than me. My eyes widened when I saw what type of flowers it was, white tulips and light pink roses. I look up to him, shocked
" You bought this? Diba ang mahal ng tulips ngayon? " I asked
and Dwight shrugged his shoulder, holding his car key, wallet, and phone in his one, large hand.
" Doesn't matter. But I'm glad you like it " He replied and smiled at me. I opened my mouth to thank him but I was cut off when hearing Lola and Lolo spoke behind me
" Naku! Tignan mo nga naman José! Nag ka totoo ang panalangin natin, sa wakas! May lalaki na nabighani ang puso ni Stella " Lola Carmen says and runs to Dwight.
She looks down and up to his head with a big grin on her face
" Ang pogi mo naman iho! Pati ang tangkad tangkad mo pa, naku ikaw Stella. Ba't mo naman hindi pinapapasok tong mang liligaw mo? Halika iho, pasok sa bahay namin " Lola continued and offered.
Dwight glanced at me and chuckled, letting Lola Carmen pull him inside our house.
Lolo turned to me and laughed.
" Siya pala yung iniisip mo noon iha " he adds which made me silent because of embarrassment. Nevertheless, I followed them inside the house and locked the gate.

" Ang lalaki at gaganda ng mga rosas na'to iho, ano ba ang pangalan mo? " Lola asks as I and Dwight sit together on the couch together.
Not close tho since there's a small gap between us
" I'm Dwight Ramos, nice to meet you po " He introduced making Lolo look up at him and smile
" Pogi ng boses ah! You're from America, right? " Lolo asks, and Dwight just nods his head.
And now I know where this conversation will start
" Ang swerto mo talaga apo! Kelan mo ba siya sinagot? " Lola asks and me and Dwight look at each other and I felt I blush because of the question
" Di ko pa po siya niligawan La, ligaw ligaw muna " I replied and she just clapped her hand almost making me flinch
" Sayang! Ang ganda pa naman ng rosas ng binigay sayo, naku ikaw Stella ah, sinasabi ko sayo. Wag mong panatilihin na umaasa sayo si Dwight, at baka'y mag sawa yan sayo kakahintay " Lola says, almost scolding me. And Dwight lets out a laugh
" Don't worry po. I'm willing to wait months or years just to get Stella's 'yes'— and I'm sure I won't gonna get tired of her because I know being with her will gonna be worth it every second " Dwight explains and looks at me while saying those words
My jaw almost dropped to the floor because of the words he just said, but at the same time, my heart skipped a beat.
" Ayiee! Naku, Dwight! Kitang kita ko na talaga na ikaw ay para sa Stella namin, alam mo ba, ikaw ang kaunaunahang lalaki na dinala niya dito sa bahay namin " Lola continues and it made Dwight smile
They continue their conversation at Naki sali na nga si lolo sa interview ni Lola, mostly his questions are about his family, kung ano kaya nila at kung sino nga ba talaga si Dwight.
Yaya Emy came to the living room and told us that Naka hands na yung tanghalian namin, aalis na sana si Dwight kaso pinigilan siya ni Lola at inayang kumain muna dito.
How Lola clings to his arm, nako. Parang ayaw na ata ni Lola na pakawalan si Dwight
