Innocence

chapter 9

Ishan was sitting in his room, tomorrow was his wedding , he has dismissed his friends who came to meet him , stating about tiredness . 

His door opened and Shubman entered inside "jiju saa..." he whispered when other locked the door from inside. Shubman made his way to him who quickly hugged him.

"jiju saa... " Ishan sniffed and Shubman patted his back before breaking the hug.

"Shubman .. jiju saa nhi Shubman .." he said  kissing other's eyes who nodded . 

"mujhe maaf kardijye.. apne itti koshishe ki aur.. me bs piche hat gya hu..." 

"na Ishan aisa nhi hai .. abhi time hai .. kuch karege.. I can't live without you.. kuch to karna hi hoga.." 

Ishan shook his head, stepping away , making Shubman frown "nhi jiju saa .. kuch karne ki jarurat nhi hai... "

"Ishan..."

"haa aur jiju saa .. mere baat manye .. hme vo sb bhulna hoga.. jaisa ki maa ne kha ki vo bachpana tha.. "

"maa ne .. Ishan .. tumhari maa ko pata hai kya..?" Shubman asked trying to touch his shoulders who step back . 

"Shubman aap na.. aap na sbki baat maan lo..  aur vaise bhi yhi shi hai.. ek baccha hi to maang rhe hai .. dedijye na.."

Shubman held his shoulders tightly "acha .. tum sach me chate ho ki me sbki sun lu...?" and Ishan nodded with a heavy heart. 

"tumhe pta hai na.. uske liye mujhe .. mujhe.." he could not form the words , his tears running "uske liye --- mujhe aur Nitya ko.." and Ishan pushed him back .

"itna bhi kya sharma rhe hai jiju saa.. ye to ek pati patni ka rishta hota hai na.. if you can have sex with her then why not a baby too ... "

 Ishan completed , crying his eyes out, he hate it . he knows Nitya have rights to it but it hurts him, even the thought of Shubman loving and sharing bed with someone else.

"pr Ishan .. aise nhi hota me to tujhse pyaar karta hu na.. tu maa ke khne me aakar ye sb bol rha hai..." the elder boy once again tried .

"haa to kya .. what's wrong in it..? she is right we have to stop before it's too late.. can't let Nitya jiji suffer .. we should not cheat on her.." 

"to phir aaj hi kyu Ishan.. us din kyu tujhe ek baar bhi Nitya ka khayal na aaya.. we could stop there and finish it all but not now .. not now Ishan .. I have made it clear to you on that night .. you can't step back now .. I won't let you do this to me .. "

 Shubman kissed his forehead before going out of the room.

That Night, Ishan can never forget it , after all it was filled with so much love and care, neither can Shubman , he still remember it .. every second of it.

Three months ago , aakha teej 

Ishan went to Shubman's home with his father , to give his sister's sindara. Shubman's mother has made his father agree to leave Ishan with them for a week .

Ishan was happily chatting with his sister in her room when Shubman entered "Nitya please check this blouse of yours .. if fitting is not right .. I will take it back to taylor.. " 

Ishan felt his heart beating faster looking at Shubman , he has seen the tall boy at diwali last year and since then they are meeting now. 

"I will vaise Shubman nazar uthakar dekhoge to ... duniya hil jayegi.." Nitya replied , her facial expressions were like she is teasing him  but Ishan shook his head .
