Won't go into much detail, this is going to be very similar to Outcast Hero Gambit, but with a new twist but very similar storyline
Izuku Yagi/Midoriya gets into an accident because of Bakugou, Izuku's real Father AFO tries to save him, but because of the nature of his condition makes him give his son a compatible quirk that evolves once merged with Izuku creating a all new quirk called "High Voltage" this quirk allows Izuku to Generate High powered Electricity from his body in a seemingly endless amount, he can also use this ability move at extremely high speeds and even increased his strength at very advanced levels he can also use the electrical abilities he has to absorb electricity based energy or use it to fire lightning like blast and even create a lightning like energy blade as a weapon.
