Jesse Crowell was a popular guitarist in his small hometown, Cumming, Georgia that he had lived his entire life, until he wanted a switch-up of not being in a small hometown where everyone knew everyone's business but decided against it, trying to pursue his dream as a guitarist as he didn't want to be like his older brother, Wyatt Crowell, and trying being a baseball player. He tried that, and every sport he thought of, but every single time he always came back to playing the guitar. He also didn't want to be a YouTuber like his twin sister, Sadie Crowell but he wanted people to know who he was.
He even tried doing what his father had tried convincing his son to do which was play soccer, and Jesse tried that, until the season came to an end, and he went straight back to learning new chords and songs on his guitar that his mother had bought him.
Tate McRae always knew that she wanted to be a singer, even her parents knew as on her bucket list, she had ticked off one of her achievements which was to get a song on a billboard which she had done.
With her world tour coming up, Tate needed a lead guitarist for her show, but looking all day through resumes, she decided to go on TikTok and scrolled onto a guy who was an electric guitar to one of her favourite songs. Scrolling through Jesse Crowell's TikTok account, she found a few videos of him also playing a acoustic guitar, and in some videos, he even sung and Tate knew that she wanted him. She wanted him to be her lead guitarist on her Think Later world tour.
