Lauren POV

"Lauren get your behind up. You're not about to spend your Saturday sleeping all day."

I groaned as she pulled the covers from my head.

I looked at the clock that read 9:32 am.

What the hell..

"Grandma can you just leave me alone. All I want to do is just sleep." I yawned dragging out the word. I grabbed it back placing it over me.

"No, my house my rules. Besides I already done seen your mother do the same with her life as I teenager I refuse to watch you do it as well. Now.. wake.. yo..ass.. up." She finally pulled it away successfully after we basically had a tug of war with it.

"Only reason why you get up thus early is because you old." I mumbled to myself.

"What you say?" She turned around.

"Huh?" I acted confused.

"That's what I thought." She rolled her eyes walking out.

I kicked my legs on the bed and groaned.

I was still tired from being up all last night talking to Amanda about the whole Nas situation in which I was truly done with.

I could care less about who he associate himself with. I wasn't his girl.

My phone beeped notifying me that I had a text message.

It was from my brother, Kyren.

" Yo wanna come with me to Universal.."

I rubbed my eyes to see if I was still sleeping but look to see that the text was real.

"Since when do you offer to take me to Universal Studios 😒."

"Never mom's just said that if I wanted to go I have to take you. You know how that shit go."

Of course I new it.

"Yeah just give me an hour to get ready."

"Nope thirty minutes top and that's it. I'll see you in a bit."

I blew out air and threw my phone down.

Guess I should start getting ready now.

What seem like more than thirty minutes. I was finally done getting dressed.

Walking down the stairs I knew he was here because the loudness he brought to this quiet house.

"Aye grandma why you always on my back. Can you hop off please." I heard his loud voice coming from the kitchen. I followed it and saw them in there.
