This is the story of a little girl named Son Hina. She is like any other alien hybrid girl, sadly shes in the wrong place and the wrong time. Only being 1 years old, a power obsessed Saiyan named Bokcho appears and snatches her from her loving family. Lies have been fed to her and she soaks this up for 14 years.
Her name was changed to Veil and is now the ruler of the galaxy with Bokcho tagging along as her 'Father'. One day Bokcho makes a promise to Veil that she will be able to go to earth on her 14th birthday. When that day comes along, will Bokcho live up to his promise?
