the room went silent it was like everything had froze i couldnt even hear anyone breath anymore it was so quiet. jessica ran out the room everyone moving nobody trying to follow her i turned round facing a room full of angry upset worried shocked wolves.conner walked up to me i opened my mouth to say something but before i could he punched me snapping my head to the side before running out most of the pack following.
"you should have told her not lie then be forced she is part of this to doesnt she get a say in who lives and who dies?"stacey whispers
"well it doesnt matter because im not letting my little sister be a sacrafice for some dick"scott growls
"you have no choice im 19 years old i can make my own decitions and i have decided not to let my mate be ripped apart besides do you really think he would stop after her no he would move on to conner then stacey then you so i have nothing he wont stop im just accepting the end...why cant you?"my voice breaks at the end
"because your my baby sister im supposed to protect you not let you get ripped apart!!"scott shouts before storming out my room leaving me with stacey

"i would become another wolf if it were scott taking my place but in order for my dad to take my place as alpha"sasha turns away looking out the window

'what? die? sh-she cant die.shes my mate shes the alpha she cant die.why would she say she's stepping down? she shouldnt have to die in my place.is she doing this to hurt me? is she kidding? this-this cant be happening.'the thoughts run through my head 'i cant do this' i turn running out the room.
as im running down the stairs i hear a smack and someone else running out the room i reach the stairs before stopping i dont know where im supposed to go because if i go outside its to dangerous but if i stay...it will only hurt more. conner jumps down the stairs beside me looking angry he had tears running down his face i proberly look exactly the same.
"how could she do this to us. iv known her all my life and when everthing went bad i stayed and now she's choosing to leave me"conners said the pain evident in his voice
"i know...is there nothing we can do to stop her?"i ask him hopefully he shakes his head no. the pack trailing down the stairs with there head lowered some crying. claire comes to stand beside me.
"jessica...i dont really know what to tell you"claire says sighing
"i want you to tell me everything is going to be okay that nobody is going to die that sasha's dad isnt alive and that we are going to live happily ever after"
"im sorry but i cant do that"she tells me as scott comes running down the stairs he stops at the bottom looking left then right then towards the door he was doing what i had. he was trying to find a way out of the pain. conner was now crying in to carly skylar was on her way to scott and i was just standing here because my mate was going to kill herself.
