Fat People and Bullying

I never understood this concept. Why do fat girls, always get bullied, are always nice to everyone and have a heart of gold. Believe me, the truth is far from that. In my experience, poor people or those who lack social skills are bullied more often than overweight or chubby people.

No one says: I don't like you cause you're fat...

They say stuff like: Look at that loser, he's only eating an apple for lunch, or that idiot never hangs out with us.

For girls, it's mainly: Omg, she's wearing the same thing as yesterday or didn't she wear that outfit last week as well?

How does bullying one as being fat is considered relatable? Why? As someone who is on the heavy side myself, I must rectify this. At least for me, it never happened.

When I was young I had some small problems being the same as everyone, being less sociable didn't help, but no one ever bullied me because I was fat. Slow maybe, not sociable enough definitely, but fat never!

Also, not all fat/chubby people are angels with a heart of gold. Especially those who were actually bullied before, for some reason or another, they tend to be more on guard and treasure themselves more. I've known some really mean girls that were way oversized, and those were the bullies, not the skinny ones.

That's about it for now on this subject, just think about your own experience in school and let me know if this only applies for where I'm from.

Just to be clear, I am totally against bullying, fat or skinny, rich or poor, online or offline!
