1. Drink lots of water!

Try to avoid those processed, fatty, and sugary foods. Include vitamin-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and eggs in your diet as they can antioxidants, resulting in a clearer, brighter complexion.

3. Exercise
Exercise isn't only good for your figure, it's good for your skin too! When sweating, your pores open up releasing the dirt that has been trapped there. Sweating rids the body of toxins which helps clear the skin. Don't forget to wash your face after exercise to make sure it's all washed away!

These exercises are performed by making many different faces and smoothing the skin with your fingertips. They exercise the layers of your skin are designed to help improve the structure of your face, from eye bags, to loose jowls.

5. Wash with Lukewarm Water
Although most people think it's good to start off hot to open the pores, then end cold to close the pores, it's not actually good! Hot water strips the skin of its natural oils, and both hot and cold can encourage possible breakouts, and irritation. Go ahead and wash your skin with lukewarm water, and it's OK to do a final cool water rinse, as long as it's not too cold.

Hey guys! I am back with the new update much earlier than expected! What gets me is why am I awake at 8:00 in the morning? But because I was awake, I decided to give you guys an update! But I'm probably going to go back to sleep after this, but I might make another update? Maybe.
