Oats and Honey Mask
To soothe sensitive skin:
- 1/2 cup organic whole milk yogurt
- 1/3 cup organic oat flour
- 2 tsp organic honey1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Apply to your face, except for nose and mouth, and keep it on for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with a warm water and a washcloth.
Avocado Treatment:
To moisturize dry skin:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp honey1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Apply to your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water and a washcloth.
Tropical Banana Mask:
To brighten dull skin:
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and moisturize.
Spirulina Mask:
For wrinkles and breakouts:
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice1. In a bowl, whisk together the spirulina powder and banana. Add the lemon juice.
2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.
Pumpkin Facial:
To protect against sun damage
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp honey1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
2. Apply to your face and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.
