A/N: Gen does come across as a player for almost the rest of the book, not the whole way though. Just as mentioned before at the beginning of the book, She isn't, she is just like that, her personality is that way in the book. Also, yes the book does move fast and that also adds to the effect of her looking like a player but she is NOT a player! :)
Chapter 23
Zayn's POV
Boyfriend? Does she really like me to even say to her mother that I am her boyfriend?
"Why did you say I was your boyfriend?" I ask
"So that I can show affection to you without her judging me," she says and walks me into the kitchen, while everyone is still on the couch. Sandra and Harry give us a look like "what in the world is happening".
"So you like me?" I ask smirking
"No, I'm just a player," she says smirking. My only reaction is a jaw drop
"Of course I like you!" she says lightly hitting my shoulder
"Go out with me then?" I ask
"I just did. We were just outside," she says smiling. She knows what I mean
"You know what I mean!"
"I don't know. I will think about it," she says and walks off but I follow
"Ok everyone, dinner is ready." Tracy says
"Oh c'mon guys! Wait till after, you will have more time that way!" Harry teases. Gen turns around to scowl at Harry's cheeky remark.
Gen grabs my hand and pulls me up the stairs. Her mum has already left, thank goodness, otherwise she would have thought we were up to something. Gen leads me up the stairs and we stop in the hallway.
"Why are we here?" I ask
"Let's go on one date, that way I can see whether I actually like you," she says
"Sure. Where do you want to go?"
"Lunch at a French restaurant?" she says
"You are so cheesy!"

Gen's POV
I am really scared that I am going to have a nightmare again, so I decide to sleep with Zayn again. It's not that I am trying to use him, it's just he is really good company.
Zayn is currently in the shower and when I hear the water turn off, I knock on the door
