chapter 8 ~ Raja's mood / meeting laila

I got up from my bed and walked out of my room, I went to the living room and the girls where still watching tv "hey um guys I'm going over to katya's room, I'll be there for a while so see you later" I said walking over to the door "no you're not come back here" raja said I turned around and gave her a confused look "what?" I asked "you're staying here, you're not going over to Katya's" she said looking back at the TV "what the fuck,why?" I asked getting angry "because I said you are not going" she said calmly, why was she being such a cunt what did I do? I was getting really angry now because I didn't really do any thing all I wanted to do was to go hang out with katya and Trixie! "But I really want to go!! " I whined "so" raja said "I'm still fucking going!" I yelled raja didnt move "go back to your room" she said "i don't want to,I want to go over to katya's and trixies why is that such a problem for you!" I yelled yet again raven and the girls looked at raja as she stood up and walked over to me, she was way taller than me so i felt very intimated "go back to your fucking room and stay there until i tell you, you can come out!" She began raising her voice. I didn't move out of fear I never thought raja would be so mean she was always the loving and comforting dad along with jujubee "do I have to say I again!? " she yelled I put my head down and went back into my room I locked the door behind me and sat down on the bed. I started sobbing when my phone began vibrating, I whiped away my tears and picked it up seeing that katya was calling me. I answerd the phone trying to make my voice sound normal "hey katya" i said "hey baby gurl you commimg?" She asked "oh um I can't come sorry" I said sadly "oh that's OK baby can I ask why?" Katya said "raja didn't let me come I don't even know why,I was like 'I'm going over to Katya's' and she was like 'fuck no' you know that of type shit" I sighed "thats to bad, but I promise you can come over tomorrow, we are here all week and so are you so yea" she said trying to be positive "I guess so, but the thing is they have been mean all day and I didn't even do anything this time, god fuck me" I complained "hey don't worry bout her she's just having a day" Katya said I heard a knock at the door "hey I have to go" I said "OK love you baby girl" she cut and raja walked through the door my face was still read from crying and my eyes were all puffy "what do you want?!" I said still pissed at her "give me your phone" she said sternly "oh my fucking God do you want me to sleeep outside too" I yelled she ignored me and walked onto the room and took my phone from my hand "God why are you being so mean I didn't do anything to you and you're treating me as if I killed your mom or some shit " I said crying again as she left she slammed the door behind her I got up and locked it. I walked over to the balcony and opened the the door I sat down on the little chair that was there and looked up and the evening sky "hey" I heard a voice say I looked at the next door balcony and saw a queen smiling at me "hi" I smiled "I'm laila McQueen" she put her hand out over the balcony I shook her hand "I'm courtney nice to meet you" I said smiling "same here" she smiled "I came out cuz I heard yelling inside if you don't mind me asking are you ok?" She asked it was nice of her to ask and I didn't really mind telling her "well I got a text from katya you know he russian hooker" I laughed so did laila "and she asked me if I wanted to go to her place so I said yes, so as I was leaving I told my dads bye and Raja was like 'um you can't go' and I already wasn't in a good mood all I needed was some old cunt telling me what to do and I said that I really wanted to go anyway shit went down and she yelled at me to go to my 'room' so I did and then katya called and asked if I was coming or not so I started telling her what happened and them raja came in and took my phone" I said getting angry again  "wow you have a chase of the cunty dads" she laughed "I do" I agreed "hey um I  got an Xbox If you want to come over and play a game or two" laila suggested "Id love too but I can't get out of my room" I said with a sad expression on my face she laughed "it's good that out balconys are so close to each other" I laughed "will you catch me?" I asked "I don't want my hopefully future friend to die so yes I'll catch you" she said I smiled and got up in the edge of he balcony, I leaped onto lailas balcony and laded in her arms, we started laughing "told you I'd catch you" she smiled "cmon let's play" she said pulling me Into her room. We sat down on two bean bags that where in the living room laila grabbed the remote and turned on the tv along with her Xbox she handed me a controler and showed me five game CD's "so I have uncharted 4, fallout 4, grand theft auto V, gears of war 4 and call of duty:black ops. Which one do you want to play?" She asked I smiled "uncharted!" She takes the uncharted cd and puts it in the Xbox and places the rest of the games in a back pack. We play the game for about 2 hours and then decide it's best for me to go back to my room just in case raja comes back "this was really fun I  had a lot of fun thanks for letting me stay with you for a while" I say as I hug her,she hugs back "I'm glad you had fun so did I we should do it another time" she said smiling we went out to her balcony and I jumped back onto mine. I moved the chair that was outside closer to her and sat down she did the same "so is raja like you dad?"she asked I nodded "yea and Manila, raven and jujubee" I said with a little bit of sadness in my voice "you don't seem happy about it" laila says holding her hand out for me to hold I took it "no, I love them a lot but today they where just really on edge and raja and raven where so angry at me I don't know why, I went to drag con and meet queens then went out with katya and trixie which was great but I forgot to tell them and they panicked or some shit raven got angry at me and slapped me cuz I told her not to be such a bitch about it and raja I still don't know" I said "they are really good perents they really are" laila smirked "don't worry bout it if you ever get sent to your room again,im always here" she laughed i laughed too "hey be right back" she said as she went inside. She came back with a paper and pen in her hand,she wrote something on it then have it to me "thats my number call or text me whenever you want to" I smiled "thanks laila here put your number in" she said handing me her phone. I did and saved my name as 'courtney:balcony buddie' I gave it back to her and she laughed "balcony buddies!" She laughed I smiled she looked back at her phone "oh my God it's already 8" she said my eyes widened "holy shit that cunt left me here for over 4 hours in my room, thank God you saved me" I laughed laila laughed. I yawed "hey I'm so tierd it's unreal, see you tomorrow" I said smiling "bye court" we both went inside and I layed down on my bed and stered up at the ceiling. I closed my eyes almost sleeping when I got interrupted by a knock at the door "courtney it's me, can you please let me in" I heard sutan say. Is this bitch serious first he lets raven slap me then he gets all mad and doesn't let me go to Katya's and know he wants me do open the door? "Are you fucking with me right now give me one good reason why I should open that door, just leave" I say getting upset a tears rolled down my face "courtney come on, I'm sorry I love you baby" I heard him say "that's what you said when I came back home and then you treated me like a fucking dog, and stop lying to me, don't say you love me when I know you don't mean it" I cryed. I knew these words would hurt him and that's why I used them. I heard herd her sob "oh baby please don't say that you know that I love you" he cried "please sutan not now, I just can't" I said crumbling inside, I sobbed harder. I was angry at him  but he did take me off the streets and I know he loves me. I walked over to the door and unlocked it ,I go to lay back down on the bed "can I come in?" he asked "mhm" i mumbled I turned around my back facing The door. Heard the door slowly open and close and felt the bed dipping "baby, I dont know what happened to me I'm sorry" he said sadly "courtney please forgive me I'm so sorry" sutan begged I didn't say anything "baby" he said "why?" I asked "why what?" he asked "why where you and raven so mean today ,I didnt do anything to you,i just dont fucking get it,why are so being so cold" I said letting a tears escape my eye "Im sorry" he said pulling me into her warm embrace "I love you" he said kissing me forehead I didn't reply I just let him hug me. he sighed "where's raven?" I asked "in the living room why?" Sutan replied " just asking" I shrugged "dad?" I said "yes baby" sutan said looking down at me "can you stay here?" I asked "sure" he said. We got under the cover and he wrapped him arms around me "I love you too dad" I said as I fell asleep.

I woke up sutans arms still wrapped tightly around me, I wiggled out of his embrace trying as hard as I could not to wake him up. I got put of bed and grabbed my phone from the bed side table. It's still 2:03 in the morning, I went out on the balcony and took my phone with me. I sat on the little chair that was outside and started at the new york buildings, every building was lit up and it was so beautiful "you up too" a voice said I turn around and saw laila smiling from her balcony "hey, I cant sleep and the struggle is real" I laughed she did too "want to go out?" She asked "um you know it's 2 in the morning right?" I said "um you know it's new York right" laila said laughing "I know but if my dads know they'll kill me and today was bad enough" I complained "oh come on they won't find out and besides It'll be fun I promise" she persuaded me and gave me puppy eyes "oh fuck it what could happen!" I said climbing on the edge of the balcony again "catch me" I said as I jumped and landed in her arms "yay, let's go" she said putting me down. We left her room and went out side.  We walked to the nearest Starbucks "how the fuck is this place still open?" I asked surprised since normally they close and 8 "again it's new York" she smiled we went in and ordered our drinks, I ordered the unicorn smoothie and laila ordered something with pumpkin inside of it. We sat down at one of the tables with our drinks in hand "so, did you meet any interesting queens today?" Laila asked sipping from her cup "well I met you" I smiled she laughed "I meet Alyssa she was so nice, I meet all the house of Edwards. Then I meet sharon and Alaska which was so cool, tatianna, Bob was fuckimg amazing too" I said smiling "that's great" she said "let me ask you a question now, why are you still in drag at 2 in the morning?" I asked laughing she giggled "well first of all I'm way to lazy to take it off and I was going out anyway" laila said "you where going out alone?" I asked again "originally no but then the person that was coming with me cancelled so yea" she said and I nodded "well if anyone cancels on you again call or text me I'm happy to come with you" I smiled laila smiled "thanks". We drank the rest of our drinks and left, we walked around talking about random shit laughing at each others corny jokes. We ended up walking to central park, we sat down under an oak tree "wanna jump in the lake?" Laila asked "fuck yea lets do it" i said not giving a fuck i took off my clothes leaving my bra and boxers on, laila did the same. Laila grabbed my hand and ran to the lake,we jumped into the water "holy fucking shit its so cold" laila said shaking "don't be a wuss" i said throwing water at him. We got out because laila was freezing to death, I laughed seeing her make up all smudged "go take you make up off in the water it's a mess" I laughed she laughed and did so. We walked back to the hotel since the sun was going to come up soon, she opened her hotel room door and we walked in. I gave her a hug and  climbed back over the balcony "you where right this was fun I'm glad I came with you, I hope we can do it again" I said she smiled "I liked it too and I hope so too,good night" she said "good night I said going back into my room sutan was still sleeping.
