When the first years got off the boat they were led into a corridor outside the Main Hall,And was greeted by a woman with a Stearn look and had a tight bun in her hair
The woman looks down at the"Welcome to Hogwarts.Now,In a few moments you will pass through these doors and join your classmates.But before you take your seats,You must be sorted into your houses.They are Gryffindor,Hufflepuff,Ravenclaw,and Slytherin.Now while you're here your house will be like your family.Your triumphs will earn you points.Any rule breaking and you will loose points.At the end of the year,the houses with the most points is awarded the house cup"She ketches Ara's eyes and nods before saying to everyone
"The Sorting Ceremony will begin in a moment"She says before leaving
Ara new that nods ment 'You better be in Gryffindore' She has met Professer McGonagall a lot of time and see's her as a grandmother.
She saw her cousin Draco taking to Harry Potter and Ron Weasley,Ron was a friend but she was always closer to the twins and Ginny their youngest sister
Ara looked around and accidently bumped into a girl with bushy red hair"Oh I'm sorry"Ara blushes
"Oh it's ok!It's amazing isn't it"The girl beams
Ara nods"I never seen anything like it"She smiles"I'm Ara Black"

McGonagall came back"Their ready for you"
As they walked into the Hall,They notice candles floating in mid air,They look up and the ceiling was a beautiful night night sky filled with stars and cloud.

They file where a long table was,The teachers were sitting,Ara saw Severus watching her intently,Like he was waiting for something,
McGonagall go's up a few steps to stand beside a stool and a hat that was rested on the stool
"Wait her please"She tells the first years"She addresses the school of wizards and witches"Now,Before we begin the sorting,Headmaster Dumbledore would like to say a few words"
Everyone watches as Dumbledore stands up"I have a few start-of-term notices I wish to announce. The first years please note,That the Dark Forest is strictly forbidden to all students.Also"He go's on in a breath"Our caretaker,Mr.Filch,Has asked me to remind you that the third floor corridor on the right hand side is out of bounds to all who do not wish to die a most painful death"He finishes"Thank you"He sits back down on his chair
McGonagall picks up the hat with one hand then looks at the name of list with the other
"When I call your name you will come forth,I shall place the Sorting Hat on your head,And you will be sorted into your houses"
