Josh's Pov
" Josh you are the father " those words just kept repeating in my head
I came out of my daze and looked over at Angel . Her hands covered her mouth with tears flowing down her face . Then it hit me . I ran into my own daughter. It was like she knew it was me . I walked over to Angel and give her a big hug . She cried into my shoulders . She finally pulled herself together and let go .
" Cill come here . " She said getting on her knees .
" Do you remember when I told you Daddy was on vacation for a long time ? " Angel asked
" Yesh " Priscilla answered
" Well there he is " Angel said looking at me
" Peeta is Daddy ? " Priscilla questioned
" Yes Cill , Peeta is Daddy . " Angel said looking at me
" Daddy ! " Priscilla screamed running towards me
" My baby " I whisper to myself
" How was your vacation ? " Cill asked
" You know Cill, it was good but now I'm here and I can promise you I won't go anywhere . I'm here baby " I said brushing my fingers through her hair
" Daddy don't leave again " She said digging her head into my shoulders
" I wont but I have to go talk to Mommy for a second . " I said looking at Angel
" Mommy I tired " She said
" Mom can you take her and give her a place to crash ? " I asked
" Sure dear , come on Cill " Ma said taking her from me
That was literally the hardest thing I ever had to do. I just found out that she was my daughter and now my mother is taking her away . I never had that happen to me ever .
" Come on Angel , lets go talk " I said
" Alright " she said grabbing my hand .
I jumped on the inside . I was not expecting her to do that .
We headed to the back deck.
" I wanted to apologize for not being there in Pricilla's life but I can promise you that from now on she will be my main priority. She is my life now and I was hoping you would let me be apart of hers." I explained
" Of course you can be in her life . This is the happiest I have ever seen her. And to deny her of that happiness would be wrong . But theres something I have to ask ." She said looking me dead in the eyes
" Anything you and Priscilla need , you guys will have " I said grabbing her hand
" You don't even know what I'm going to ask " She said squinting her eyes
" Ask " I replied
" Since Priscilla knows that your her father , I don't want her askinhg me any questions like " why doesn't Daddy live with us " So maybe we can move in together. I know things are moving fast but I just want whats best for my daughter . " She explained
" First off its our daughter . And yes I would love if you guys come live with me. I mean Priscilla is my daughter and I was hoping you would be my wife ." I replied as I got on my knee
" Are you serious ? " She said holing her hand to her face
" Yes , be my wife . Lets be a family " I said
" Yes , I'll be your wife " She screamed
I picked her up and spun her around .
" Now lets go home " I said as I put her down
