Angel's Pov
I woke with major morning sickness and a huge head ache . I went to the bathroom and to a shower and brushed my teeth . After getting dressed , I decided that I would take Pricilla to see my mom with me . I honestly needed a break from Josh . I walked in here room and she was coloring at her barbie table we had got her a couple months ago . I walked in and sat indian style besides the table .
" Hey Cill . What are you doing ? " I asked while kissing her cheek
" Oh notin , just colorin . What are you doing mommy ? " She asked
" I was getting ready to go to grandmas . Do you wanna come with me ? " I asked
" Yes!! " She screamed
" Well lets hurry and take a bath and get dressed so we can leave okay ? " I asked smiling
" Otay . " She responded
" Grab your towel when you come in , I'm gonna get your bath ready " I said as I was getting up
Priscilla nodded and ran off to get her towel . I laughed as I walked to the bathroom . I heared the radio down stairs meaning Josh was working out but I honestly didn't care . I tried to walk past him but he grabbed my arm.
" Angel " He called
" Let go of me Josh " I said without looking at him
" ANgel you have to talk to me . We are gonna be married soon . " He pleaded
" Actually I'm not so sure about that " I remarked
" So your really get sit here and tell me that your not gonna marry me ?! " He slightly
" I said I don't know ! " I snatched my arm away
" No Angel ! You can't do this ! Do you know how bad this will make me look if you leave ?! " He yelled again
" There you go ! Only thinking about yourself . We'll guess what ? I really am leaving this time . And take this ring back because I won't be needing it . I'll have Zac and Khalil come over to get me and Cill's stuff . " I said as I took off the ring and placed it in his hand
I can see the tears form in Josh's eyes .
" Please don't do this . I love you . I love Cill . I love our son . I'll change . I'll do anything please . Just don't leave " He begged
" Its already done Josh . I'm sorry . I can't be with you anymore " I said as I walked away .
It took fifteen minutes to bathe and get Priscilla bathed and dressed . Once she was ready , I grabbed my purse and keys . I looked over to see Josh sitting on the couch , looking sad . I was about to leave .
" Cill go give daddy and kiss and hug bye bye " I said
" Okay " she said
She ran over to him and gave him a hug .
" Bye daddy " She said
" Bye Princess . Have fun alright . " He smiled
" Otay " She nodded
She quickly ran back to me and grabbed my hand . And on that note we left .
~ 1 hour and 35 minutes later ~
We finally pulled up at my mom's house . I parked in the drive way and got Priscilla out the car then closed the door . We walked hand and hand to mom's porch then we rang the door bell . About 2 minutes later , the door revealed my dad .
" Angel darling how are you ? " He asked as he hugged me .
" I've been okay . " I smiled
" My my my , you have grown so much . How many months are you ? " He asked as he put his hand on my stomach .
" 5 months and three weaks " I smiled
" Thats beautiful . And I see you have brought this little monster with you " He said as he leaned down and gave Priscilla a hug
" HI grandpa " She said
" Please come in " He said as he widened the door .
We walked in and went straight to the kitchen . I look over to see my mom cooking over the stove .
" Mom we're here " I said
" Oh hello baby . Look at you . You look so beautiful " She said as she walked over to me and hugged me
" Thank you mom . You look good too " I smiled as I hugged her back .
" And is that my grandbaby in there ? " She asked
" Grandma ! " Priscilla yelled as she ran into the kitchen
" Priscilla dear ! How are you " Mom asked as she pick Cill up .
" I learn all my abc's Grandma " Cill said
" Thats wonderful dear . I'm so proud of you . " Mom said
" Grandma I'm hungry . " Cill pouted
" We'll I'm cooking now . Why don't you and Grandpa go to the garage and play down there while I talk to your mom okay ? " Mom explained
" Otay . " Cill said
Mom finally put Cill down and off she and my dad went .
" So how are you and the baby ? " Mom asked
" The baby is healthy . " I smiled
" But how are you ? " SHe questioned
" I don't know . Me and Josh aren't getting married anymore . " I sighed
" What ? Why ? " She asked
" Because he is a terrible father .We fight all the time . He needs to get himself together before there we're be together." I explained
" So what about the baby ? " she asked
" If he wants to be there , he can be there . If he doesnt . He doesnt . Its that simple ." I said
" You young people are terriable with parenting nowadays " She signed
" I'm a good mother ! " I yelled
" You lower your tone right now ! I was saying as in two parents in the home . At least planned pregnancies . " She said
" I'm sorry mom. I'm really trying my best to be a good mom but its hard . " I sighed
" If you want be a good mom , you'll get ready to your shit together and be with Josh and raise Priscilla and the baby as a family " Shd said
" How am I suppose to do that if me and Josh are fighting constantly ? Did I mention he basically called me a whore for having anothor man watch Priscilla while I bailed him out of jail ? " I asked
" Well did you you sleep with the man he accussed you of ? " She asked
" No . I have only slept with Josh . " I said with confidence
" Well baby maybe he's been hurt in the past and has some baggage . Baby no one is perfect . Maybe y'all need to see a shrink " She suggested
" Why ? He's the problem . " I said while rolling my eyes .
" No you both are the problem . He has issues with trusting women and you think its okay to run from your problems . But what you both did was lay in a bed and create two beautiful human beings . Now Angel , promise me you'll try a shrink for 2 weeks . If it don't work , you can say I told you so and I won't say another word about it . But if it works , you'll stay with him and you'll get married and be like me and ya father " She convinced
I sighed
" Okay mama . I'll do it. " I said
She walked over to me and gave me a hug and also kissed my stomach .
" Now perfect . Now you can help me fix dinner " She smiled
I laughed and went in the kitchen and got a apron. Talking to my mom made me realize that I truly wasn't ready to give up on Josh . I just needed to open my eyes
