Joey is gone to another job interview and this time he's applying to be a McDonald's employee. Its the only job he could come up with since he got fired from most of his jobs. Its his third interview this week. Lets just hope he doesn't get fired from McDonald's because that would be hella embarrassing. But the thing is, he doesn't know how to cook, socialize or remember small things. How would he make a happy meal, talk to costumers polity or even remember people's orders?! Joey told me about his first job at nandos and how disasterous it was.
It did not go well...
here's how bad it went;
"How the heck do you cook chicken?!" Joey whined as he poked the raw chicken on the kitchen board. "Wait. Is this thing alive-
"Joseph! What's taking so long-what?! You haven't even cooked the damn chicken yet?" The boss growled as he entered the kitchen
"Uh who gave you the rights to call me by my full name?" Joey sassed
"Im your boss!" The boss groaned, looking like he was going to pull his hair out
Joey rolled his eyes and thought of what they were talking about before. "the costumers can wait. I will be right out in a sec-
"No! thousands of people have already left!"
"Wow that's a lot" joey shrugged
"Its the same amount of jobs you got fired from" the boss muttered. "Go to the front and close the store immediately" he demanded
"But there's people still waiting for their order" joey protested, starting to realise this was all his fault. "I'll stay and cook" he said, turning the stove on
"No. Im your boss. I give you orders and your take them. Kapeesh ?"
"You're Italian?" Joey furrowed his eye brows
The boss let out a groan. "Just close the damn store!" He yelled then stormed off
Joey looked over the bosses shoulders and his eyes popped out of their sockets, again realising it was all his fault
"Do you smell smoke?" The boss sniffed the air around him then cautiously turned around until he a as face to face with a burning stove.
The boss shrieked. "This is a disaster!"
"I think its pretty lit " joey joked and laughed on his own
"You're fired!" The boss yelled in joeys face, pushing him aside
"Yes, it is fire. I thought Italians would know what fire is"
Pretty bad right?
I know joeys knowledge and behaviour has changed. But im not that responsible either. Being so irresponsible, my parents got me a babysitter.
A freakin babysitter.
It was also to help me socialize with people more since my friendships were slacking at that time. Can they not understand that my phone and bed are my best friends?
But I have to admit, my babysitter is pretty cool. She's like an older sister to me but is nothing like my older sister if you know what I mean.
Rikki. That's her name. Shes around about my sisters age. She tall, adventurous and intelligent. She's absolutely beautiful im so confused as to why she hasn't got a boyfriend yet
In fact, im picking her up from the city now and I literally cant wait. But She texted that she'd be late. Her and her stupid habit on never turning up on time.
"Rose Marlin. boy have you've grown" the voice startled me. I spun my sneakers around and now I was face to face with a pair of thick eye brows
"Rikki!" I squealed and straggled her into a huge hug."when did you get here, you just texted that you'd be late" I lightly laughed, pulling away
She looked up in thought and squinted one of her eyes. "Around about 10 minutes ago. I only said id be late because I saw some really good brownies at that coffee shop" she innocently smiled
