Shubman's POV-

"Okay, let's start!" Garima shouted.

We were playing antakshari.

It was GUYS V/S GIRLS.

Adithi was sitting right next to mom, and infront of me.

We had this gap in between us, because Deepa wanted it. It seems she wanted to dance with Adithi.

I was glad to see Adithi really happy. She was enjoying herself.

The girls started first with some hindi song, which clearly I wasn't paying attention to, because I was too busy watching my girl dance.

It was our turn now.

The letter was G.

"Gulabi ankhein, jo teri dekhi. Sharabi yeh dil, ho gaya. Sambhalo mujhko, oh mere yaaro, sambhalna mushkil ho gaya." I started singing, looking at Adithi.

Everyone started wooting, and Adithi winked at me.

Sahil finished the song, and the girls got K.

"Kehdu tumhe, ya chup rahu, dil mein mere aaj kya hai." Adithi started.

"Kya hai?" I asked, just to play along.

She rolled her eyes, and continued the song with Deepa.

"Jo bolo toh jaanu. Guru tumko maanu. Chalo yeh bhi vaada hai. Ohhh. Kehdu tumhe, ya chup rahu, dil mein mere aaj kya haiii. Jo bolo toh jaanu. Guru tumko maanu. Chalo yeh bhi vaada hai."

"H." Deepa pointed out.

"Hawa hawa, ey hawa, mujhko uda le. Aaja aaja tu mere dil ko chura le. Ishq wale card pe naam mera likha le. Beech mein hi phasi hai, baat aage bada le. Boyfriend bana le." Sahil sang, while pulling Adithi to dance with.

"Kisi aur ko pata le." Adithi sang.

"Boyfriend bana le."

"Nazre tu hata le."

Everyone started laughing at Sahil and Adithi. They were hilarious.

Deepa whispered something in Adithi's ear, and started singing some song. Adithi tried to control herself from laughing.

"Which language?" I asked, after Deepa was done.

"Spanish." She smiled.

On cue, Adithi burst out laughing.

"It's not a song." I rolled my eyes.

"It is." Adithi argued.

"Not."

"Is."

"Bhai, bhabi can never be wrong." Garima said.

Adithi stuck her tongue out at me

I rolled my eyes, and started singing with the letter they gave.

---

"BHABI THINK!" Deepa said.

"I'M THINKING."

"GOT IT."

So saying, Adithi started singing.

"Tujhko... main rakhlu waha. Jaha pe kahi... hai mera yakeen."

I stood up, and kneeled down infront of her, putting my hand forward.

She rested her hand on mine, and I slowly brought her to dance with me.

I put my hands on her waist, whereas she put it around my neck.

"Main jo, teri na hui. Kisiki nahi... kisiki nahi..." She sang, looking into my eyes.

I noticed, by now, everyone was dancing.

"Le jaayein jaane kaha hawaayein, hawaayein. Le jaayein mujhe kaha hawaayein, hawaayein. Begaani hai yeh baagi hawaayein, hawaayein. Le jaayein tujhe kaha hawaayein, hawaayein. Le jaayein jaane kaha na mujhko khabar, na tujhko pata....."

----

Adithi was getting her mehendi done.

She had this cute smile on her face while looking at her hands.

I excused myself from the guys and walked towards her.

"Ye lo ji. Hogaya." The mehendi artist told her.

"Thank you!" Adithi exclaimed and smiled at her.

"Bhabi, dikhao!" Garima shouted.

She had a huge smile on her face when she saw Adithi's mehendi.

"It's so beautiful!" Garima grinned.

I hugged Adithi from behind, and said, "She is beautiful."

I kissed Adithi's temple.

Adithi chuckled, while Garima squealed.

"You guys are so adorable!" She gushed.

I laughed at her.

"Oh yes! Bhai! Find your name." Garima said, pointing at Adithi's mehendi.

"Ohkay." I said.

I made Adithi sit on a chair, and I sat next to her. She showed me her hands, with a smile on her face.

The mehendi was beautiful. And, it was too difficult to find my name in it.

"Okay. I give up." I said, after five minutes.

The smile fell off Adithi's face.

Upset, she got up from the seat, and walked away.

"Seriously, bhai! You're a cricketer. You're supposed to have a sharp eye sight. You know, bhabi didn't even have her lunch, because she wanted to get the mehendi done, and wanted you to find your name in it." Garima glared at me.

"Calm down. I was joking. I found my name in the first minute of the search, but wanted to pull her leg." I defended myself.

"Such an idiot, you are." She laughed at me.

Rolling my eyes, I got up to go get lunch for Adithi.

I took the plate to her room, and opened the door to see her sitting on the bed looking at her mehendi.

I closed the door and walked towards her.

"Eat." I said, while sitting on the bed.

"Not hungry." She said, looking down.

I kept the plate aside, and caught her face.

"I'm sorry. I was joking. I found my name in the first minute of the search, but wanted to play with you." I said, while pecking her lips.

"Sorry." I apologised, while holding my ears.

She smiled at me and showed her hands.

"Where is it?"

"Right here." I pointed.

My name was beautifully written on her hand.

A huge smile made its way on her beautiful face.

"I love you." She said, cutely.

"I love you too. So much." I said, and pulled her in for a kiss.
