I dash out of the room my sword swinging at my hip in the sheath that was attached to my breast-plate, I was going to kill Tarturaus for what he did to Annabeth and I was going to do it even if it killed me, the self acclaimed Avengers quickly following me out the room their celestial bronze weapons hanging off of them as we took the elevator down to the lobby but just as the doors open about half a dozen or so hellhounds burst into the elevator. One getting squished by the door as it closed again and exploding into gold dust leaving me to fight off the five others that wanted to kill me
Sidestepping I slash Riptide across a hellhound's chest and watching as it dissolved into gold dust spraying the elevator and then I whip around and stab another. Three more to go.
Fortunately, the rest of the team handled the other three using their new celestial bronze weapons, that would kill monsters and foe alike with Wanda using her scarlet magic mist thing that she got from being a legacy of Hecate (it usually wouldn't be that strong if you were just a legacy but she and her brother got experimented on by a rogue demigod who was called Strucker during the time period of the Titan War) and Thor using his Godly hammer to summon lightening and help his team turn the hellhounds to dust when all the monsters were taken care of, we proceeded out of the elevator once it had stopped at the lobby
When the doors open the lobby was flooded with posters from hellhounds to even the Kindly ones were waiting for me. Alecto wearing a sickly sweet smile "Honey, I realised just how much I missed you so why don't you join me forever" She says flicking her bat wings and jutting her talons out in a threatening manner before she changed towards me
"I've tried that I didn't like staying in hell so why would I stay there forever?" I sass ducking under her large bat-like wings however if it meant I could see her and all the deaths that were my fault I would go to Tartarus in a heartbeat after all my fatal flaw was loyalty and Alecto knew that but she also wasn't stupid enough to try to tempt me again especially if there was a chance that Annabeth was alive because I wouldn't stop until I knew for certain
Finally, after a few minutes of fighting, I got a clearing and stabbed her in the back watching as she shirked and turned into a pile of gold dust on the expensive-looking carpet. Tony noticed and whines "Do you know how much fucking money that will cost to get replaced?"
Steve frowns "Language!"
This was going to be a long war

Panting I put my hands on my knees it had been a long three hours and I had barely stopped once becoming a whirlwind of movement and power as I kill monsters one by one but even after hours of fighting the demigods and Avengers were still struggling and falling behind with many demigods injured and Natasha suffering a nasty head injury when she tried to fight off just one too many hellhounds and we haven't even faced Tartarus yet
I used water to fill my body with more energy and that immediately helped me stop panting as I faced Kelli and her friend Tammi the emposui I killed during Freshmen year induction day "Perrcy" She purred "Come stay with me for a while forget about your revenge on my father for what he did to that dumb blonde"
"Please" I state crossing my arms "You tried to make me come with you, two years ago and I ended up sending you back to Tartarus so if you want to kill me you're going to have to do better than that"
"Fine" She huffs blowing blonde out her eyes before she and Tammi charge at me
I make quick work of them and their sent back to Tartarus in minutes and I quickly spot Nico and fighting a pack of hellhounds with Will Solace back to back and signal for him to cover me while I go in search of Annabeth's soul and Tartarus, it didn't take me long though mainly because he was searching for me himself while smiling at the destruction he has caused
Unfortunately, he notices me coming so I cannot sneak up on him and surprise him instead I open my mouth and say the most stupid thing I could at that moment "You looking for me?" I shout at Tartarus who just grins madly
"Why yes Perseus you see you're already losing and I want to be the one to watch as all hope drains from your eyes" Tartarus grins madly and I knew he was planning something probably to kill me
"Go ahead! You fool! Take my life after all if you do I can just be reunited with my one true love" I say as confidently as I could a few tears leaking from my eyes
"That would just be too easy young hero" He sneered "No what I'm going to do to you is much more worse than death," He says bringing out something from behind his back something -- someone that was trying to get free they had matted and dirty blonde hair and a grimy face but I knew who it was instantly. Annabeth. She was alive "You see I was speaking to Kronos and he taught me a new trick. How to create time portals" His mad grin was back on his face
Before I could react Tartarus had created a firey blue portal a few feet away from where we were and smiled "And with what I'm going to do, you'll be wishing I killed you" Everything after that happened in a blur Tartarus tossed Annabeth towards the portal as if she was nothing more than a rag doll and ignoring the confusion and protests of shouts I ran towards the portal and jumped in, not caring where it took me or that something or someone jumped into the portal after me
All I cared about at that moment was getting to Annabeth.

I know I'm a horrible person for ending on a cliff hanger but there was a reason and that reason was .... there will be a sequel but you're all going to have to be patient with me if you want to find out what the sequel is and what it is about
