Chapter 1

"You're late" lucas steps forward towards mike
"Sorry!" He yells back
"Again" lucas states
"We're gonna miss to opening" will shrugs gently
"Yeah, if you guys keep whining about it. Let's go!"
"If you guys keep whining about it. Nyeh-Nyeh-Nyeh" I mock making Max laugh at me
"Just please stop talking dude" Mike comes over and starts pushing me into them all
"Let me guess you were busy" Lucas smacks him lips together and makes a kissing sound
"Oh,yeah,real mature, lucas"
"Oh, el, I wish we could make out forever and never hang out with any of our friends" I mock while laughing
"Y/n stop" Max whines
"Will thinks it's funny"
"Because it is"
"Yeah it's so funny that I want to spend romantic time with my girlfriend"
"I'm spending romantic time with my girlfriend" I slow my pace until Max catches up and wrap an arm around her waist while kissing her cheek gently.

"Excuse us! Sorry! Sorry!" I state pushing past people on the escalator
"Sorry,sorry,sorry" Lucas states for behind me
"Excuse me. I'm sorry" Max says in a gentle voice making my heart melt
"Sorry" will says when we finally get off the machine
"You're so cute you know that?" I say walking up to the redhead. She rolls her eyes playfully than kissing me gently making me kiss back
"Not to interrupt cause you're spending 'romantic time with you girlfriend' y/n but we have to go" Lucas say coldly. Jealous ass.
"Watch it!" A girl yells at me and Lucas when I accidentally push him into her
"Yeah watch it nerd!" I hear kate yell
"Don't you have better things to do than be hanging out with ten year olds Kate?" I ask when I look at the small kids she's sitting with "like ya know. Hanging out with billy, your boyfriend?" Yeah that's right billy hardgrove and my sister Kate are dating. It doesn't matter though because Kate and I. We're not actually sisters. Crazy right? The family I thought was mine isn't. I'm not related to them at all. They 'adopted me' after I was a test subject form the lab with El. So now I living with Steve and his family and even sometimes hopper. That's why now I'm y/n Harrington-Hopper I guess
"Shouldn't you be hanging out with death?"
"Psycho!"
"Butthead!"
"Mall rat!"
"Fart face!"
I blow a raspberry at her
"Oh, now that was mature" max grabs my arm and pulls me into scoops ahoy
Mike goes up to robin and starts ringing the bell making her look at him annoyed
"Hey, dingus, your Children are here"
Steve opens the window in the back and looks at us annoyed
"Again? Seriously?"
"Hey Robin, how are you?" I ask as we walk towards the back of the store
"Good thanks y/n. You?"
"I'm alright. Bye Robin" I yell when I can't see her anymore. Robin and I have been good friends ever since Steve started working at the ice cream shop. I don't know why but I feel we just have a lot in common
"Come on, come on" Steve rushes us as we make our way into the hallway
"I swear, I'd anybody hears about this-"
"We're dead" we all say. I run back to steve quickly and give him a hug
"Thanks Steve" I whisper before running back towards my friends
"I love you sis" he says quietly so only I hear him. I smile knowing I have someone to trust other than Max.

We make it into the movie and into the cinema showing 'day of the dead'. When we all sit down I look over at Max. She looks so pretty with the dim blue light shining on her flawless face. "What are you staring at fart face?" She asks looking at me
I chuckle and push her gently "nothing Red. Nothing at all"
Mike and Will hand is over some food. I quietly crack open a can of Soda before taking a sip and offering it to max. She takes a sip and puts it down in the cup holder. The movie starts and I gently grab Max's hand and intertwine our fingers. Than the movie stops.
"Seriously?" I ask looking at the screen
