Not fancy, just delicious.

You need the right bread- whole grain
is the best especially if you get some
with seeds. Then you spread the avocado
on, smack a poached egg on there, and top
it off with some siracha. You can even season
the avocado if you really need some spice,
but I like the taste of it alone. I promise
you will love it! Even my five year old does.
