Part 1

Slowly, silently

Disdain crawls back to the heart

Lowly, I feel

For its terrible how I live

The heart aches

The smile fades

Alone by myself, where to turn I know not

How this came to be, a freight

Happiness gleams unruly somewhere almost forgotten

Cravings of the heart

Long abolished

The hermit life only too far-fetched I adore

Heart is home

Home is heart

Where happiness is, for me, is home.
