Jealous (JJ Maybank x Reader)

- You and JJ have been dating for some time now, which meant that you are basically very much apart of his friend group;

- When you weren't with JJ, you would hang out with Kiara and Pope most of the time, but John B would usually join in after some time;

- One day, JJ was late to a group meeting and you were talking to John B and Pope;

- During that whole conversation, you three were sharing jokes and various embarrassing or funny stories about each other, which would result in everyone laughing;

- Inside jokes were born that same day, especially one about an old lady flirting with John B when he helped Pope with deliveries the past week;

- When JJ finally made his appearance on the porch, you were too busy laughing at the story and repeating what the old lady had said to notice who just decided to walk in;

- Saying that JJ was confused with the whole situation was an understatement;

- You then noticed him standing there and came up to him to greet him;

- You two sat down on a separate couch and started talking like any another day, but you noticed something strange about him once he asked you:

- "What were you talking about with John B?"

- Once you heard that, a lightbulb lit up above your head, there was no way this is happening;

- John B and Pope heard it as well and shared a look;

- This is too good;

- JJ was jealous of his best friends when they were just interacting with his girlfriend;

- After that day, interactions between you and the boys were never the same;

- That was when JJ was late or literally standing right next to you;

- They had no shame when he comes to making JJ angry, which was hilarious to them;

- Almost every time they would see you, John B and Pope would hug you as always and say something like:

- "Good morning princess"; "Hi baby"; "What's up, buttercup?" (inside joke from the old lady);

- That wouldn't anger JJ at all, which was never enough for the boys, but it was the beginning of a lot;

- When everyone would be at the beach, in the water or sand, John B or Pope would throw their arm on top of your shoulders and try and start innocent poking or tickling between you two;

- Now that would get under JJ's skin;

- Everyone in the group thought it was hilarious when it would happen, even JJ once he would look back at how he acted, but at the moment, he could be furious;

- Your joking and playing with the guys would never go too far, they sometimes would splash you with water when you were trying to get in the sea, lay on you when you were sunbathing and they just got out of the water, chase you with a bucket of cold water, etc;

- Those were innocent jokes, and everybody would know that;

- Once you would notice JJ's frown after some time, you would go sit by him and give him attention, which always ended up on the guys laughing and picking on him;

- "Dude, we were just playing" "No need to get all protective over her"

- JJ would ignore them in the first few minutes while pulling you closer to him as you laughed and hugged him close to you;

- After a few minutes, the guys would always come back to pick on him again;

- JJ, now calm, would just throw sand in their direction or tell them to shut up as everyone smiled at what was going on;

- The rest of the day, JJ would not let go of you;

- Like every other day, during the sunset, you all would sit on the beach chairs (and race to see who would get the hammock);

- JJ would always win the race, which would mean that you would win it too;

- You two would lay there while everyone else would sit on the chairs in silence, admiring the beautiful colors in the sky;

- When everything would be nice, quiet and everyone would be relaxing, someone would always (always) ruin it by talking;

- You were laying on JJ's chest when you heard John B talk;

- "Hey, JJ"

- JJ would lean his head back from yours to turn and look at John B;

- "You don't actually take anything that we do with Y/N seriously, right?"

- "No" "It just annoys me, sometimes"

- You would be half asleep when listening to this, so you wouldn't care too much to turn and look at the guys;

- "Good" John B would say while nodding, which got JJ a little confused, "Cause she really got a good ass and it's always nice to joke about it"

- Once those words would leave his mouth, JJ would send him a glare and you would laugh on top of him as you felt him tense up;

- JJ's hands rub his face while taking a loud deep breath;

- "Remember I have a gun, Routledge" He would say, making everyone laugh;
