8 hours and 26 minutes. They've been gone for so long. Elijah, John and Adam are still not back. I had concerns in the beginning, but now I'm literall going crazy. I nervously walk back and forth through the basement. We haven't talked to each other for a long time. Not since Sanne suddenly felt a blow to her head; John was hit on the head, she could feel his pain through their mate bond. Arriane felt a puncture in her arm through the mate bond. Since then, Sanne has been sitting still in a corner all the time and Arianne is staring at the wall in front of her; they miss their degree and are very worried.

I open my mouth to say something, then close it again. I can't do anything to make them feel better. I sigh. My legs hurt from walking back and forth and my feet burn. I stop and lean against the wall too. Where's Elijah? I didn't feel anything, but that doesn't mean nothing happened. Maybe he was kidnapped. Or worse. I sigh again. I take a kitchen knife and slowly get up. The kitchen door opens and I see Sanne and Arianne standing in the doorway. I scream. 'Ssssssssst! Silent Amy! "Sanne whispered." Sorry, I was shocked, I thought you were kidnappers" " We? kidnappers? We can't even attack a spider let alone other wolves "Arianne remarks. I consciously laugh at that remark.
