We live our lives quite differently
But when I am with you I can be me
I wish to spend forever with you
You make me a better person.
When I see you my eyes grow immensely
When I need you, you are always there for me.
But right now it feels like I am drowning
Because I am trying to figure out how,
Figure out how we ended up like this.
We had our own little paradise
I suppose that it was nice.
While it lasted,
the storm of life has torn us apart
You are the one my heart still yearns for.
I am not stupid, I am just dreaming of a lie
Dreaming that there is still You and I.
