After you left me,
I came to realise,
How life's twists and turns,
Hold reasons
That we often disregard.
Ending up feeling remorse deep inside.
And how, Everything happens
For a reason, carefully planned.
Thereby now I understand,
Everything unfolds for
A life's greater plan in life's design.
It feels so peaceful now,
No more unwanted drama's,
Are now happening,
in this life's play.
If only I had known earlier,
I would have never let you in,
Giving access my heart.
But I have learnt,
Life's lesson can be harsh sometimes,
Upgrading us to a stronger version of us,
By injecting a new strength
And fostering a deeper love for ourselves.
