Mona's pov
I look at mom and dad in shock.
H---how?
They are smiling at me.
"We all love you, so much baby. We can't imagine being apart from you and for the past twelve years we were all living like this, cherishing your each and every memory, love you babygirl" mom says with tears in her eyes. My eyes glisten too.
I never felt so loved, protected in my whole life. I hug her tight. Her warm embrace giving me content and peace. Like it always does.
I felt someone hugging me from behind. I realise it's dad. He kisses my back head.
So everyone joins and it becomes a group hug.
"Okk, too suffocating" I say not able to breath.
We all break the hug, chuckling. I smile.
This is family.
My family.
"Ok, so let's get to show you the house" Oliver says.
This is my chance.
"If you don't mind, can Jayden show me the house?" I ask. Jayden looks me me with nothing on his face.
"I don't want to" he says, but dad glares at him. He reluctantly agrees.
"Fine" he says.
As we both move, Jaxon also start to come with us. I stop at look at him.
"You too, coming?" I ask. He nods.
"I can't leave you alone" he says and I shrug. Ok.
I just want to talk to Jayden.
As we walk, they both gives me the tour.
