🌻Sunflower Writing Circle🌻
Sunflower Writing Circle, our second book club, runs a little differently than Sunflower Book Club. Here's how it works:
- Each member reads two chapters a week of an assigned book from another member (while their partner also reads two chapters from their book in return)
- You're assigned points based on your feedback quality, and the person with the most points from the previous month is crowned the Book of the Month, which everyone in the writing circle has to read
- There is a high standard of feedback, thus passing your trial may not be easy
Because of the feedback requirement, the writing circle is much smaller. You get to know the other members well and get far in each other's books. So you're not paired with as many people as you would be in Sunflower Book Club, which is more like Sunflower Reading Group, but you are delving deep and receiving/giving very detailed feedback. This is a club for people looking to receive feedback for more chapters from fewer people.
