Scrambling to his feet, Izuku heard a wall above him break. He ran ahead, just in time to hear the wall on his right break as he passed it.
Running, he got to the hook, and lifted David off, tanking the full force of her rune of death. It wouldn't bring him down, as every killer's primary attack only weakened a survivor by half their strength. While David questioned why Izuku did that, he had a plan. Running into the courtyard, the greenette circled the large clock tower, where there were two strong pallets. The Onryo would have to break them if she wanted him. He pre dropped them as he ran, staying inside his makeshift barriers. She broke one, and herding him into the corner, he knew he had only one route as he continued past as she broke the second pallet with a crushing motion with her small, bloody hands.

She immediately turned and followed, her shoulder's heights shifting up and down as she walked. He almost made it inside, the red stain projected by every killer's gaze highlighting the floor before him... and then she struck him down. A curious quirk of the game the entity played with survivors allowed him to see the others. Elodie and Jake were wandering the halls, and David, still injured, powered through on a gen. Good, at least one is being worked on. It was then that that he was picked up, violently choked by an unseen force as he was made to look at her. Most would be afraid, but at this time, Izuku had seen many more intimidating people in his own world, far scarier than this Onryo... and her power reminded him of his mother. When he noticed her fingernails were all ripped out, he couldn't help but sympathize with her, and it showed on his face. Confused, the vengeful spirit looked at him for a long moment, before picking him up fully with her telekinesis, and carried him to the nearest hook. He noticed faint embers swirling around it, but his focus was immediately shifted to the meat hook warping and piercing his back. The Onryo had bent the hook down and it returned back to its original position. If she wasn't trying to kill us all, I'd compliment her ability.
What worried him was that she demanifested through her own power, and turned to David, whose generator exploded at that time. That is really bad luck!

He could only watch as the man seemed to dodge an attack, before getting slammed to the ground. Ouch.
Looking around, he found that Elodie was right above him, dropping out of the window down to the courtyard, which was just out the door in front of him. She ran in and rescued him when she knew the David was picked up. Unhooking him, she told him: "stay still for a second, I have a perk to heal quickly."
Izuku recognized it, she was using We'll Make It, a perk passed down from a survivor long before their time, known by all. The entity allowed for everyone to share and use each other's perks, but can only use four at a time, indicated be the charms carried by the survivor. Most of the time they used their own, but a few preferred to experiment with others. Elodie was one of them. Soon after the healing was done, David was hooked, and the killer teleported back...

and it was then Elodie trembled with fear

...and it was then Elodie trembled with fear. This wasn't a normal fear response. "Shit, shit! Izuku, run, she'll be after me!" It was then that she appeared exiting the room at the corner. Izuku called out: "Why?!"
She ran away, unable to respond. Izuku, not going to let this happen, used his stun perk and slammed her right into the wall, then sprinted away, but she didn't follow. She had another target in mind.

Elodie was terrified. Not only was her vision staticky, but her body was starting to glitch out too. This could only mean one thing, and if she was caught, she'd be outright killed.
She ran, hearing the Onryo slammed into the wall. Thank you Izuku! But it's too late... She frantically searched for a TV, but most were off, without the thing she needed to save herself. However, when she looked behind her, she saw the killer. They were demanifested, but that wasn't a problem for them, it was a problem for Elodie. Searching for a pallet or vault, she found that most of them were spent or would result in a hit. So she ran to the stairs when the Onryo caught up, hitting her as she manifested properly. The violin screeched in her ear as she yelled out in pain. At this rate, it was inevitable. As she rounded the corner, she slipped on a stray piece of gore. No... out of options, she tried the last choice available to her... "Please... please don't kill me..." her eyes geared up as she looked toward the small, frail looking girl. Her gaze was unflinching, piercing her heart and making it freeze.

The muscle tried to keep pumping against the Onryo's influence, but the girl's power was too great

The muscle tried to keep pumping against the Onryo's influence, but the girl's power was too great. After struggling to stay conscious against the pain of the inexorable stare, she died, hand over her heart.

Izuku couldn't believe it when Elodie died, just like that. It ignores the entity's rules. He watched, tears streaming as the spirit turned to a direction after demanifesting, and teleported away. Going to her body, he knelt and paid her respect before standing tall and searching for another gen.
