I hated the way he was being treated but he was alive. We drove a while longer until we came upon what looked like a Mexican town. We sat behind some rocks and kept watch of the town. I noticed there were some girls lined up outside holding baskets of food. There were two German soldiers with them. I watched as they 'searched' the ladies. They made them lift up their skirts and they frisked them. I felt angered before Joseph spoke.
