Chapter 3

As we were at the rink I decided that today I was gonna bring my skates and skate for fun as Kayla was mopping because of her breaking in the rink last night. As I was seating downstairs looking at the guys practice I see Anton get out and go up to Kayla and she got on the ice so I smiled and decided to join her but before I went grabbing Ava and dragged her on the ice with me. Me and Ava took both the goalies stick and started skating between them having fun. I'm not blind thought I saw how Ava was sad when her dad didn't acknowledge her. But I didn't had to follow her because Kayla was already on it.

Dad(smiling at me): It's been a while since the last time you skated

Me(smiling): Yea felt great ! (Look at the team) I'm gonna leave you lots for practice

I got out of the ice and as the team were finishing practice I saw that Nico was leaving for the bus so I followed him.

Me(right behind him): Hey Nico !

Nico(turning around smiling): Hey Lauralei !

Me(looking around): You're taking the bus ?

Nico: Uh yea my parents aren't home so I have to take the bus

Me(smiling): Well then your coming with me your gonna be eating with us

Nico(trying to say no): I don't think tha-

Me(cutting him off): Don't even think about saying no ! (Smile) you're coming whether you like it or not !

Nico(sigh smiling): Alright then

So we took the bus and got down to the station nearest to my house and we talked all along about anything we had crossing our mind. When we got inside inside the house I directly said

Me: Hey mom brought a guest !

Kayla(getting inside with Ava): Mom, is it cool if Ava eats with us ?

Mac(getting inside with Sky): Got a guest

Mum and dad: Pizza

After a while of talking all together the delivery guy finally got here. So dad went and took the pizza boxes and came back in the dining room.

Dad(opening the first box): Yeah, so we don't usually let the kids eat this stuff.

Kayla: Which is why we're on first-name terms with the delivery guy

Mac(looking at his coach): Can I get you something to drink coach ?

Anton: Yeah. Water

Mac(getting up): Yes sir

Me and Kayla opened our mouth thinking what the hell since when is he this nice

Mum: Kayla, Lauralei? Close your mouth.

So we do and dad put the pizza on the table I decide to get up and ask

Me(up my chair): Anyone want something to drink ?

Ava(smile): Water please

Sky(smiling): Me too please

Nico(smiling at me): Water too please

Me(smiling to everyone): Coming right up

I go to the sink and Mac go back to the table and give Anton his glass of water.

Mac(putting the glass on the table): There you go coach

Anton: Thanks

Mac(going back to the kitchen): No worries
