My saviour ( Kaworu Nagisa X Shinji Ikari)

Sleeping Angel

Shinji's pov

I wake up from the sun shining through the dark room, covering the 2 boys with  legs intertwined. I can see the dust particles gracefully lingering around the room. I look to see kaworu still sleeping like an angel thankfully. I move closer towards him, so close our lips are almost touching, his soft breath gently hitting my face. This has got to be paradise, i slowly move my body closer to kaworu so our chests are touching, and carefully wrapping my arm around him trying not to wake the sleeping angel. I close my eyes once again, trying to relax once again but then feeling kaworu's breath change rhythm. Oh shit hes awake isnt he, i pretend to be still asleep attempting to avoid an awkward scenario.

"Goodmorning Shinji" i hear him. Fuck.. does he know im awake? i continue pretend sleep until i feel a pair of cold hands caressing my face. I accidentally flinched due to the cold temperature he carrys on his fingertips, there goes my cover. I slowly open my eyes to see red ones staring back at me, god hes so beautiful. "Good morni-" i trail off while murmuring trying to keep up the act of "still asleep". Holy shit im such a good actor. "Drop the act shinji, i know your awake sleepy head" He says playfully flicking my forehead, i must retreat now. I fully open my eyes to see Kaworu crouched beside me, holding some familiar snacks id seen somewhere.

"Hungry?" he says smirking at me, opening all of the junk  i had bought yesterday at the corner shop before meeting him. "I thought i left all that crap at the cafe yesterday" i say staring at the snack bewildered. "you did spend all your money on them after all, couldn't let them go to waste "he says shoving a dorito towards my mouth. My face turns red, "u-uh hehe" i awkwardly smile taking the dorito from him (WITH MY HANDS). Before i could get it he pulls it away "Tsk tsk, you got to open wide for me" he says with a devious smile. Does he seriously have to tease me like this? "A-alright then.." I give up opening my mouth for him to insert the Dorito. He places it in my mouth and i gratefully chew on it slowly, knowing his DNA is all over it.

Kaworu's Pov

I watch him intently eating the Dorito i just fed him, those Doritos must really make him happy if he smiles like that when hes eating it. Im glad to witness Shinji this happy, he will probably think about going home later. I really dont want this time to end, i want to hang out with him for a little longer. But where do i take him? I already took him to a cafe but apart from those i dont really know where else to take him, my heart sinks knowing this moment will end at some point. "K-k-kaworu, would you like to go to the cinema with me today?" he says with a nervous flustered smile. This is perfect, good lad shinji.

"YES, THATS A GOOD IDEA" i exclaim a little too loud, shinji responds with a little startled jump by this. I lower my voice for him "we should go get ready then." i say handing him his clothes from yesterday. Once again we begin to change in different rooms, me  thinking about how it would just be nicer for use to change in the same room, once ready we begin to set off out of the old run down flat i call home. "What shall we watch" shinji ask's as im following his lead. "Mabye a scary movie" i suggest "hmm i dont know" he says looking down nervously "trust me, you will love it". Ive always loved horror movies because in the romance films the couple watch horror movies and one gets scared and jumps into the other laps, im hoping for the same result with shinji.

We arrive at the brightly lit up building, "come on lets go inside!" i grab shinji's arm with no hesitation and set forward into the cinema, already sensing his blood coloured face behind me. Theres hardly anyone here, due to everyone leaving their homes for safety. I look to the worker and back into my pocket. Oh shit no more money left, aint no way in hell am i letting shinji pay, as soon as the single worker turns his back to attend the popcorn machines, i make a run through the doors dragging shinji along with me, quickly making a turn into the nearest screening.

"KAWORU, WE DIDNT P-" i cover his mouth before he can continue, i lead on while shinji follows like a lost little puppy behind, i go up the stairs to the middle of the crowd of chairs, a perfect view to watch whatever the hell this is. "kaworu.. what if we get into trouble." he says as if hes guilty despite me being the one who dragged him in here." dont worry, i promise we wont get in trouble" i say trying to reassure him.
