Chapter 9: Becoming A Man

In an abandoned alleyway we see Uncle Ben's killer running from sirens that sound to be not too far from where he is, he keeps on running until he rushes to a corner on his right and hides. He checks his left side to see if any cops had followed him into the alley but doesn't even see a bird, he sighs in relief and looks over to his right where he sees Peter who is on the wall punch him in the nose breaking it, Uncle Ben's killer is knocked down onto his back while having his right hand cover his nose

Uncle Ben Killer: W-WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?!

Peter: Your worst nightmare...

Uncle Ben's killer quickly gets up and starts running away from the alleyway, Peter chases him across the rooftops. Uncle Ben's killer rushes from alleyway to alleyway hoping to lose the masked vigilante that his chasing him, Peter jumps from rooftop to rooftop keeping Uncle Ben's killer in sight.

Uncle Ben's killer runs out of another alleyway and runs across the road, he gets hit by a taxi cab and ragdolls off the cab onto the ground. The cab hit him hard but not hard enough to cause any real damage, the imp taxi driver gets out of the car to check on him

Imp Taxi Driver: Oh my god! Sir, are you ok!?

Uncle Ben's killer stays on the ground groaning in pain until he sees Peter look down upon him on a rooftop. Uncle Ben's killer panics and quickly gets back up and starts running towards another alleyway, Peter knew he couldn't jump the length of the other building in front of him so he got an idea. Peter walks back from the edge of the building and stops when he is near the other edge, He quickly runs to the first edge and jumps off. Peter thwips a Web line with both his hands and yanks himself forward, Peter lands at the other rooftop seeing Uncle Ben's killer just a few meters away from him.

Uncle Ben's killer continues to run in another alleyway until Peter lands on a wall on all fours, he looks down at Uncle Ben's killer who is frozen still staring at Peter

Uncle Ben Killer: W-W-WHAT DO YA WANT FROM ME MAN!?!

Peter: Remember Ben Parker!? The old man you shot down in cold blood!?

Uncle Ben's killer stares at Peter in shock as he gets a flashback to when he killed the old man in the alleyway knowing he will regret it for the rest of his life, he snaps out of his flashback and sees Peter still on the wall

Uncle Ben Killer: Y-YEAH!?! WELL WHY DO YOU CARE!?! WHAT'S IT MATTER TO YOU ANYWAY!?!

Uncle Ben's killer takes out a revolver in his pocket that looks to be the same one he used to Rob Wally and possibly the same weapon he used to gun down Uncle Ben. He points the gun at Peter and shoots it three times, Peter dodges the first shot by evading left, then dodges the second shot by evading right and dodges the third and final shot by evading backwards

Peter: EVERYTHING!!!

Peter hops off the wall and lunges at Uncle Ben's killer, Uncle Ben's killer dodges Peter by evading left. Peter lands on all fours and looks back at Uncle Ben's killer who is aiming the gun at him again, he fires the gun at Peter two times. Peter dodges the first shot by evading backwards, he dodges the second and final bullet by jumping onto a wall on his left. Before Uncle Ben's killer could fire the third and final shot, Peter jumps off the wall and tackles Uncle Ben's killer making him drop the gun. Peter picks him up and pins him onto the wall on his left then webs both his hands and feet onto the wall.

Uncle Ben's killer tries to break free from the webbing but fails, Peter grabs the gun and takes off his beanie, sunglasses and mask and throws them on the ground. Uncle Ben's killer goes into shock as he remembers Peter's face

Peter: Remember me!?

Uncle Ben Killer: Y--YEAH!!! I GAVE YOU THE MONEY THAT WALLY WACKFORD SCAMMED YOU OUT OF!!!
