"Hold on. We need to talk about this whole overprotective boyfriend thing. It's getting a little old."
He shrugged and shoved his hands in his pockets looking down to his feet. "You already know how I feel about you doing this and I know there's no convincing you so there's not really anything to talk about." He said not lifting his head.
"Yeah but you can't be mad at me for this. You have to trust that I'll be careful and I know that's hard, but I'll be okay. You've got my back right?" She nudged his shoulder and then his forehead to make him look at her.
"Yeah. I've got your back."

I think I'm gonna start publishing this in a couple days but I have about half of it to write still, I've been backed up for a while and by 'backed up', I mean I started writing another book and neglected to write this one...so sorry😬
