Still Athena's POV

Charles: "Athena"
He says in a sad voice his eyes show sadness and pain.
I start to feel guilty already

Just then Carla and Isabel walks in clearly out
Of breath from running

Carla: "Oh my god thank goodness you found him" she says breathing heavy with her hand on her heart

Isabel: "clearly not the only person she found"
She whispered to Carla but I heard it

Carla looks up confused on what Isabel is saying.
Carla: "Oh shit"

Charles looks at Lorenzo then at Arthur

Charles: "You two knew?"
His voice cracks with pain and anger

Arthur: "Charles-"
He try's to speak but gets cut off

Charles: "No Arthur you both knew,ye knew more then anyone what I went through and YOU BOTH knew and never told me"
He says walking away to his driver room

Arthur: "Je viens de découvrir"

Lorenzo:" oui, Charles écouter"

But he doesn't listen and keeps walking

You then feel a hand on your shoulder

Carla: "it's time you talk to him Athena it's been 3 years"
She whispers so only I can hear.

I nod my head and look down at Jules

Athena: "Bambi can you stay with Carla and Arthur for a while, I just need to sort something"

Jules nods his head with excitement for the fact that he is gonna stay with his idols brother .
I give him to Arthur and walk to Charles's drivers room

Charles pov

I walk into my drivers room and slide down onto my
bed/seat and put my head back to the wall and close my eyes.
I feel the tears slide down my face.
How long has they've all known?
Does anyone else know or just him,Lorenzo and Carla?
Does my full family know?
Does the world know?
As I am questioning the stuff in my head
I don't realise someone coming into my room until I feel someone wrap arms around my body and hug me.

I open my eyes to see her,then I just break.
I start bursting out crying
I try to hide it but she see it anyway

Athena: "Don't hide it Charles, just let it all out"

I hear her say
And I did.

Even though she isn't mine anymore
I feel safe like before
when we were happy

Charles: "Is he mine?"

Athena: "of course he is"

Charles: "What did I do? Did I hurt you?
Was I enough? Did you not love me anymore-?"

Athena: "Charles Im sorry,you didn't do anything baby, I just panicked and thought you didn't love me if you found out I was pregnant. you were getting more wins and podiums and I didn't want to stop that so I left"

I remained silent trying to progress what she told me.
If she thought I wouldn't love her when she was pregnant she would have thought I didn't love her at all.
She probably thought I would be a terrible father

Then there is a small knock on the door.
Me and Athena turn our heads to see Jules walk in
He really looks likes me especially his eyes.

Athena:"hi baby"

He walks over to us as Athena picks him up
In her arms facing them towards me.

Charles: "hey buddy"
I say putting out my hand for a hi-five
But when he goes to clap it I keep pulling away and we both start to laugh.
Athena puts him down beside me

Jules: "congratulations on your win today"

Charles: "thanks Bambi"
I say opening my arms for a hug which he automatically bursts into my arms to hug me

Charles: "Are you coming to dinner, you and Jules?" I hesitate to ask

Athena: "uhhh I don't really-"

Charles: "Do you have better things to do"

Athena: "Well no-"

Charles: "Then let's go get ready"

Jules starts to laugh at us bickering
I kiss the top of his head and hand him over to Athena as they leave my drivers room.
As I am getting changed I start to try think of ideas to do and together and things I can change but then it hits me that Jules doesn't know I am his father he is just a really big fan of me and Athena isn't my girlfriend anymore.
And probably doesn't love me anymore.
Im not good enough for her.
She doesn't love me.
Neither does my son.
