I had just gotten off of work when one of my good friends invited me to go over her place for a couple drinks. I thought why not and accepted her invitation. It wasn't very late so I thought Hassan wouldn't mind if I went to her house for some drinks.

I was sitting on my friends couch when I feel my phone vibrate.

I pick up the phone and put it up to my ear.

Qué pasó amor? I say
(What happened love?)

Donde estás? He asks with a serious tone
I couldn't tell him where I actually was, So I
had to come up with a lie fast.

Todavía estoy en el trabajo I blurt out.
(I'm still at work.)

Que bueno que bueno.
(That's good that's good.)

Ya casi terminas?
(Are you almost done?)

Si como en 15 minutos.
(Yeah in like 15 minutes.)

I really thought that i was going to get away with my lie but i thought wrong. I was about to hang but he began talking again.

Ay pero oye tengo un chisme.
(Hey I have a little gossip.)

I was a bit confused on what he was talking about but I let him continue.

Qué pasó?
(What happened.)

Estoy afuera de tu puto trabajo y esta cerrado.
I'm outside of your fucking job and it's close.

My eyes went wide when I heard him say he was outside. I stood up from my friends couch and tried to think on what I could say next.

Que? I say.
(What.)

Donde vergas estas He says louder.
(Where the fuck are you.)

I try grabbing all my things as quick as I can while still on the phone with Hassan.

Contéstame, Donde vergas estas.
Answer me, Where the fuck are you.

Ahorita voy pa la casa amor.
I'm going to the house right now love.

No dime donde estas pero ya! He says raising his voice a little.
(No tell where you are right now!)

Voy asir un desmadré cuando vienes a la casa vas a ver He says while hanging up.
(I'm going to make a mess when you get home you'll see.)

He hung up on me. I look at my friend and tell her that I have to go home while I run out the door.
