Chapter 14: Hina's Wicked Plan

Next day passed without any chaos. Sidharth was totally avoiding Sana  and thinking of a way to execute the plan which he and Hina made.

At first, Sana was happy that she was successful to scare Sidharth. But slowly her happiness turned into guilt when she noticed his changed behaviour throughout the day.

Other days, he used to find reasons to fight with her but that day he was completely silent. He just dropped her to the office, though she told him not to do so. After dropping her office, he went to the radio station.

"Yaar yeh kaal ki baat ka itna bura maan gaya kya?" Sana asked herself.

"Waise dekha jaaye toh main kaal kuch zyada hi kar diya tha. Bhooton se darna, yeh uska phobia hai. Aur maine uske phobia ka mazak udaaya. Yeh sahi nahi hua. Koi naa, ghar jaa ke usse sorry bol dungi. Phir sayad yeh thoda normal ho jaaye. Kyu ki agar yeh humesha aise chup chup raha, toh main jhagra kis ke saath karungi? Chahe jo bhi ho, ab iske saath jhagra kiye bina mera din bhi nahi jaata."

Thinking that, she smiled.

At Night...

Sana returned home and Rita Ji opened the door for her.

"Aaj kaafi der lag gayi tujhe." Rita Ji said.

"Kya baatau Mummy Ji, aaj office mein bohut kaam tha. I'm very tired." Sana said entering.

"Abhi se tired hogayi toh party mein kaise jayegi?"

"Party?" Sana asked frowning.

"Sidharth ne baataya nahi tujhe? Uske Radio Station mein koi party hai. Tum dono ko saath mein invite kiya hai. Isliye toh woh wait kar raha hai tere ghar lautne ka."

"Par usne mujhe kuch nahi baataya."

"Paata nahi yeh ladka kya karta rehta hai. Tu jaa ke puch le uss se."

Sana nodded and went upstairs.

She entered her room and saw Sidharth getting ready.

"Tumne mujhe kyu nahi baataya ki tumhare radio station mein party hai aur udhar hum dono ko saath mein invite kiya gaya hai?" She said.

"Mom ko baataya na? Kaafi hai." Sidharth said combing his hair.

"Lekin ek baar puch toh sakte hai."

"Puchta toh tum maana hi karti na? Aur mere manager ne baar baar bola hai ki wife ko saath le ke aana hai. Ab badkismaati se tum meri wife ho toh, tumhe chalna hoga mere saath."

"Matlab tumne Mummy Ji ko isliye pehle baataya taa ki main maana na kar paau."

"Yeah."

Sana smiled and said, "Main waise bhi maana nahi karti. Office parties ki importance main jaanti hoon."

Sidharth didn't say anything further.

After getting ready, he said, "Tum bhi ready ho jaao. Aur haan, yeh office party hai isliye kuch formal pehen na."

Sana nodded in yes.

He was about to leave, when Sana said, "Accha suno."

Sidharth looked at her.

"Woh...." Sana was hesitating at first but then she said, "I am sorry. Kaal jo hua uske liye. Sayad mujhe woh sab nahi karna chahiye tha."

"It's ok." Sidharth said without looking at her.

"It's ok se nahi chalega. Matlab haan, maine galti kiyi hai lekin tumne bhi jo woh itching powder milaya tha woh sahi nahi tha. Paata hai meri puri body pe rashes aa gaye the? Maine jo kiya woh bas ek action ka reaction tha. Phir bhi maine pehle sorry bol diya. Ab tum bhi sorry bolo."
