Ladies of Two

꧁꧂

Yester-months we were tied
Three perky girls stuck in a circle
The ups and downs-we've abide
'Twas when I felt no single prickle

Time would always go fast
Every time we'd try to make it last
Those golden hours in gloomy days
Oh two, why have we parted ways?

Hello, I found new faces
But I'm like an odd little foot
I'd go to all our cherished places
And pretend as though I'm in a loop

Dearest ladies of two,
I've spent my best days with you
Eleven months felt like years;
Those times when you seized all my drears

All the times our feet had ached
From all the streets we walked and ventured
All the gossip that we baked
From all the strain that we endured

Dearest ladies of two,
I pray for no absolute end
Now alone and slightly blue,
My love and thanks forever I'll send

As we embark on different paths, I bid my say to you, Gwezza and Eloisa. Different colleges but my thoughts of you will remain unfazed.
