Subject 003's experiment is to change one's shape. Experiment proven successful despite certain flaws as subject is able to take on the form of any animal and person, including clothing. Subject can also change only certain parts of her body, such as her throat to mimic voices, her legs to move faster, etc. See footnote B for extended details. Subject does have flaw in which she cannot change the color of her eyes, hair (or relevant replacement such as fur or feathers), or skin.
May 12, 1969: Subject transformed into wolf and attacked guards as they were transporting her from her containment to the lab and escaped captivity. 2 casualties.
