and as the sun came down
so did the worry.
dancing grass and petals
basked and bathed in glow, warming
my body shivers
it cannot hold the light within
it bursts
engulfing the earth in its reach
cherishing and growing in trees
laughing with the bees
they teach me about life
the love and the darkness
both come as friends
holding my hand
the glimmering scream at the core
tilting my head - forward.
