Manny passes by a group of females, "And then he had the nerve to start crying." She says

All The Girls: Ewwww!!!!

Manny walks over, "Hey what're you guys talking about?" She asks

"Hey Manny, we were just talking about how I was dating this guy and when his mom was hospitalized in a car crash he had the nerve to cry right infront of me." She states

"I mean...Kamari cries infront of me sometimes. Not all the time but when he's bottled a lot of stuff up." Manny states

"Yuck, Men should not be crying if it was me I'd dump him." She says, "Then he had the nerve to try and vent to me as if I care your a Man, man up for once."

Manny actually ponders this, so she then walks away and finds Our Favorite MC speaking with Jimmy and Spinner.

"Hey Guys mind if I talk to Kam real quick?" She asks

The guys nod and walk/roll away.

"What's up?" He asks

"I was just wondering how your day was going." She says

He chuckles, "You really had to get rid of both of them to ask that?" He asks

"Yes! So how was it?" She asks

"Pretty good so far." He responds

"Nothing bad? At all?" She asks

"Nope pretty normal." He says, "Well as normal as you could get at..."

Manny walked through the hall still pondering what the firm said she really liked when Kamari and her just vented to each other

Manny walked through the hall still pondering what the firm said she really liked when Kamari and her just vented to each other.

Just spoke about everything that happened to them, cried and laughed together but...the girls words continued to breach her truer feelings.

Later At Night, Kamari enters Manny's room, "Man-Man do I have a story for yo-" He begins

"Not...tonight Kam." She says

Kamari freezes, "Uhh...ok." He says

"Let's just watch a movie or something." She says

He nods slowly and the two sit down on her bed. This would continue for 4 weeks and Manny thought it was making Kamari a better man.

It wasn't.

It was driving a wedge between the two of them, and soon after another week Kamari stopped coming over to Manny's house.

One brisk autumn evening, Manny and Kamari planned to meet at their favorite coffee shop.

As she walked in, she noticed Kamari waving enthusiastically from a cozy corner, a welcoming smile on his face.

Manny hesitated, feeling the weight of unspoken words that lingered between them.

She longed to share her thoughts and fears, but the fear of burdening Kamari with her struggles held her back.
