MAISIE and LANDO have just arrived in front of the girl's mom' house. The famous 'family dinner' was today.
And the both of them were stressed.
Maisie was scared about what her mom could say or what her aunt could say that could make Lando run away. For the man just meeting them caused some stress. He (logically) really wanted to give his girlfriend's family a good impression of him. He needed to give a good impression of himself.
"okay you're ready?" Maisie asked her boyfriend as they arrived just in front of the outside door
"yeah" He casually replied but it wasn't totally true
"okay then.." The woman took a deep breath before knocking at the door.
Immediately the door was opened and luckily it was her brother behind.
Noah smiled when he saw the couple just in front of him and hugged them both before letting them enter.
"okay so mom's sister is here with mom in the kitchen, they're talking about I don't know what. And the others are in the living room"
"okay thanks, then i think we should go see them in the kitchen" Maisie said but looked at her boyfriend next to her in a form of question
"yeah whatever you want" Lando gave her a small smile to which she replied with a nod
"good luck with that. try to not run away right now" Noah talked giving them both a tap on the shoulder
"thanks for the encouragement brother"
"you're welcome sister. But after come in the living room to see juliette and the others okay"
"yeah don't worry"
So Noah finally left them to go the living room and the couple walked to the kitchen. Arrived in the room immediately the mom and her sister scrutinised Maisie and Lando.
The young girl nervously smiled before presenting her boyfriend to the two older women who quickly approached the man and shook his hand? But in a awkward way- not like they were meeting their niece/daughter' boyfriend

"okay now excuse us we have things to do, the others are in the living room" Maisie's mom said "and ava's coming in like an hour or two"
"she is coming? why?"
"because she's my daughter and your mom invited us. Anyway, we're busy here so.." Maisie's aunt commented causing the young woman to just sighed and roll her eyes before her and her boyfriend finally left kitchen to go to the living room
