Violet and Juliet made their way to Walker's house. They had been looking forward to spending time with their friends, and the prospect of a movie night only added to their anticipation.
As they entered Walker's house, they were greeted by Tanner, who led them up to Walker's room where the others were waiting.
"Hey, guys! Glad you could make it," Tanner said with a smile as he opened the door to Walker's room.
Inside, Walker and Tanner's room was cozy, with posters of their favorite movies adorning the walls. The soft glow of the TV illuminated the room, casting shadows that danced across the floor.
"Hey, Juliet! Hey, Violet!" Walker exclaimed, his face lighting up with a smile as he greeted them.
"Hey, Walker! Hey, Tanner!" Juliet replied, returning their smiles as she and Violet settled onto the bed.
As they settled in to watch the movie, Walker couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness at having Juliet by his side. He subtly shifted closer to her, his arm brushing against hers as he adjusted the remote.
Throughout the movie, Walker found himself instinctively putting his arm around Juliet, relishing the closeness between them. He couldn't deny the warmth he felt whenever she was near, and he found himself hoping that she felt the same way.
Just as the movie was reaching its climax, the door swung open, and Leena, Walker and Tanner's older sister, entered the room.
"Hey, guys! Mind if I borrow Juliet for a minute?" Leena asked, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
Juliet glanced at Walker, a look of curiosity crossing her face. "Sure, Leena. What's up?"
Leena motioned for Juliet to follow her out of the room, leaving Violet and the boys behind.
Juliet excused herself from Walker's room, following Leena out into the hallway.
Inside, Walker's heart sank slightly at her departure, but he tried to focus on the film, casting occasional glances towards the door.
With Juliet out of the room, Violet seized the opportunity to speak up. She
glanced over at Walker, her eyes narrowed in playful suspicion."You know, Walker," Violet began, her voice teasing, "I've noticed something about you lately."
Walker raised an eyebrow, feigning innocence. "Oh yeah? And what's that?"
Violet leaned in closer, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. "You like my sister."Walker's cheeks flushed slightly at the accusation, but he couldn't help but smile.
"What? No way, Violet. We're just friends."But Violet wasn't convinced. "Cut the crap Walker. I see the way you look at her, the way you're always finding excuses to touch her."
Walker's cheeks grew warmer, his gaze shifting uncomfortably.
He had tried to hide his feelings for Juliet, but it seemed Violet had seen through him
"I don't know what you're talking about," Walker stammered, trying to deflect Violet's observation.
But Tanner, who had been listening quietly, spoke up. "Violet's right, Walker. It's pretty obvious."
Walker sighed, realizing that there was no use denying it any longer. "Okay, fine. Maybe I do like her."
Violet grinned triumphantly, pleased to have finally gotten Walker to admit the truth. "Well, if you ever need any help with her, you know where to find me," she teased, giving him a playful nudge.
Walker chuckled, grateful for Violet's support. "Thanks, vi. I appreciate it."
