Hey, hey everybody! Never done one of these before, so, uhh, enjoy my ramble. Today is April! More importantly, April the second. Also known as, 'Autism Awareness Day!' It's actually Autism awareness month. Now I know you're probably wondering why I'm bringing this up. Well firstly, this book is literally called 'Autistic Affection' where I headcanon one of my top favorite character's, Fanny, having autism herself. She had an old crush, Bubble (Whom I ship with in the actual show) but decided to stop because it wasn't quoted-unquoted 'normal' and she thought no one would love her. All because she has autism. The more people make fun of her about it, the more she believes that it's true. No one will love her if she's stuck with a life-long disorder.
That may sound like a good-ish storyline (I HAVE LOW-SELF ESTEEM) but unfortunately, a true thought. I'm not one who vents in public or anything, but I sometimes hide the fact that I'm autistic, especially around school and pretty much everywhere else. I've done my fair share of research about autism, since it's a spectrum and everyone's different. More and more I research, the more I feel insecure. Heck, this book was about to be deleted after I posted the first three chapters! But nothing less, I continued the story with a heavy heart. You could say it's kinda a vent story. And one of my personal favorites to write...
ANYWAYS, ENOUGH ABOUT ME! Sorry y'all had to read that 😅. Since I'm also known as an 'artist', I decided to share with you all some Fubble drawings I made while you all wait for more chapters! The reason is my finals are coming up, and I'll be extremely busy and preoccupied with stupid schoolwork (This is what happens when you're a top student). Here they are!
