they get a weak of pure domestic bliss until maya has to leave for the oscar's and max is getting ready for silverstone. the oscar's are on saturday, so she's hoping she can skip out on after parties and make it to the race.

despite not going, katie helps florence and maya pull themselves together for oscar night. it quite literally takes them 6 hours to get their shit together. to be fair, maya did drop her plate of hot wings on one of the options for her dreas, thankfully it wasn't her favorite.

the red carpet was a rush, albeit normal, they got some cast pictures of the outerbanks crew and she got to meet up with jennifer lawrence and emma stone.

theo james, she dated him for three years, weren't emotionally on the same page and broke up while they were both sobbing their eyes out. people still posted about how their only interactions now were very feminine gaze coded.

he had a wife and kids now, she was happy for him. of course she was. she was in a good place with herself too. but the fact that they weren't enemies after breaking up, despite it being 6 years ago, media would still be media. and rumors would still be rumors.
