“Are you nervous?” I asked Simon as he sat in the backseat of Harry's car. He nodded, but told me that it was going to be fun and that he was really excited. I smiled at him and looked at his twin sister that sat next to him. She smiled at me too.

“Amber, I want to sit next to you,” she explained.

“Sure, that can be arranged,” I promised as we pulled up outside the baseball field.

It was surprisingly much people there. I became a bit nervous, I've never liked big crowds. But it was also good in a way, I felt safe knowing that a lot of people would see it if something happened to me or to my company for the day.

“Damn, it's crowded,” Harry said in a low voice, trying to avoid Sophie hearing his words, knowing that she'd probably repeat them which wasn't popular in Elizabeth's nor Ben's ears.

“Yeah, I know,” I sighed. We heard our names being called and turned around to see Elizabeth and Ben walk towards us.

“We're here now,” Elizabeth said and searched through her bag for her sunglasses.

“Great! There's just one problem though,” I explained as my eyes searched for empty seats.

“Oh, my. I didn't expect this many people,” Elizabeth said.

“Neither did we,” Harry said and scratched his neck as he joined me in the search.

We finally managed to get four seats, so little Sophie had to sit in my lap. Elizabeth and Ben had brought a camera to capture their sons game. They even had a water bottle and extra clothes for him if the weather would switch. I could see that Harry found it all a bit embarrassing, but I just giggled at the whole thing.

“I want candy,” Sophie said and looked at Harry.

“I don't know if they have any,” Harry said as he stretched his neck and looked around for some sort of small shop.

“Oh it's okay sweetheart, I brought some,” Elizabeth said and picked up a box of sweets from her bag.

“Is there something you haven't brought?” Harry asked, causing Ben to laugh.

“I tried to stop her,” he explained.

“What's the problem? It's better to have it than wanting it,” Elizabeth said as she gave the sweets to Sophie. Harry was just about to say something, but got cut off by the sound of a whistle. It was time for the game.

Simon waved at us from the bench where he was sitting. I could see how proud his parents were as we returned the gesture. He looked back at his coach and his mates. I couldn't help but recognize the coach. I'd seen him somewhere before.

“Harry..” I began and leaned in closer to whisper in his ear.

“Does Simon's team have a new coach?” I asked and looked back at the man.

“Oh yes, Simon told us that a few weeks ago. Apparently the old one decided to quit, so he took his place,” Harry explained.

“Why do you wonder?”

“Oh nothing, I just find him familiar,” I said and gave him a smile. I bet the man felt watched, because he turned his head and looked at me. I could see how his expression changed, and he smiled to himself when he saw me.

“What did you do to him that made him stare like that?” Harry whispered, causing me to jump slightly.

“What do you mean?” I asked, still not looking away from the mysterious man.

“Guess I have to go down and tell him that you're my girlfriend, and that he shouldn't stare at you like that,” Harry said and actually stood up. I quickly grabbed his arm and pulled him back down on his bum as I told him not to do that.

“Fine, but if he tries to do something...”

“He won't,” I told Harry.

“I hope so,” he said and intertwined our fingers as we focused on the game. I could still her the word “pervert” escape his lips.

I tried my best to focus on the game, but couldn't really take my eyes off the man. I don't know why, but he gave me the chills. I suddenly saw the man pick up his phone from his back pocket. That's strange, shouldn't he be focusing on the game instead? I saw that he typed something and putted it right back in his pocket. I shrugged, not really caring about it. My eyes landed on Simon instead. He looked so happy and free, and you could really tell that he loved what he was doing. And he was really good at it. I couldn't help but feel a bit proud myself. Suddenly my phone started to buzz. I reached for it in my pocket. I almost dropped Sophie on the ground. It was from him.

- I had almost forgotten how beautiful you are. Nice to see you again.

My heart stopped, at least it felt like it. I looked at the coach again. His eyes were on me, and I guess he didn't have any plans on having them somewhere else. A smirk took place on his lips, an evil smirk. And that was the moment I knew. It surprised me that I didn't realized it right from the start. It was him. The man who destroyed my life. The man who raped me.
