After some time Dina actually starts to have feelings for Deiman, but still loving Stefan. The thing was that she is with both of them on the same place and choosing was hard. If she chose Stefan it is never gonna work out for them again and she will live with the pain but loving him. But if she chooses Deiman it is a chance to be happy again with a new person.
Dina: - Dean, I know I'm not supposed to tell you that, but I don't know what to do. The fact you like me isn't stopping you from being my friend, right? Dean: - I'm listening.
Dina tells him that she is wondering who to choose. Dean without wondering goes to talk with Stefan.
Dean: - I'm just gonna tell you. Dina still loves you. She's crazy, but she likes Deiman kind of.
Stefan: - Tell her to forget me. I like someone else. I'm gonna try to hook them two up.
Dean: - Okey.
After Dina hears that Stefan wants her to forget him, she does just that. The same night she and Deiman are playing a game with questions about personality and feelings. After Dina becomes sure with her choice, she is moving the plan. And the same night Deiman tells her he likes her and she replied with the same thing.
